Age: 17
Gender: Female
District/Area: District 2
Appearance:
Initial overview- Light, fair skin, brown eyes, hair comes in every style from pigtails to straight-back, but there's most always an accessory like a headband in it, tall, body type would be more accustomed to stealth rather than brutility.Personality:
Hair- Brown, shoulder-lenth. She takes special care of her hair, as she judges everyone on theirs. Always styled in a certain way, never down.
Face- Her eyes are brown, and she has practically no pores. Her cheeks almost always turn red when she's confronted. Her voice is an obnoxious Fran Drecher-type tone, and although it fits her personality, it doesn't do much for her looks or first impressions. Her eyebrows constantly quirk up when she's interested, unsure, in disapproval, annoyed, or intimidating someone, though the expressions of her looks are always given away by her eyes. Her cheekbones are probably her favorite quality about herself, and so she powders them with make-up to ensure that the don't flare red, even though they totally will...
Arms- Her arms are thin and muscular, like a tennis player's, evenly toned by the Sun she's almost always out in. Her nails are always trimmed and painted to adhere to her outfit for the day. The only real flaw she has about them is that she once cut her left wrist five times in a particular fit of rage over not having one of her Final 8 Interviews broadcast on television, even though she lied about being related to the tribute in the first place.
Torso- Francine is skinny, with a slight muscular side. She never really has to worry about her body, as she never really feels the need for hunger. She'll eat, but only because she enjoys it, rarely ever because she actually feels as if she needs nourishment. Depending on how hard she's working to get something, she'll have 'soft-abs' or just a flat stomach, but she doesn't really care unless her appearance can help her achieve a goal or obtain an object.
Legs- Skinny, but with acute muscle tone. She's almost always power-walking around, trying to get details or con someone into a plot, so her legs are in constant motion. She never takes the time to worry about her calves, but from time to time she does wish her thighs were thinner.
Clothes- She's almost always in tight leggings and adorable button-up shirts with custom accessories and matching belts. She is in around the middle-income bracket, so she can afford nice clothes, but still has a few hand-me-downs that she re-invents into premium fashion-forward styles. Well... She tries.
Francine is a power-mad teenager obsessed with popularity who takes the credit for everything and will do anything to get anyone to do what she says or be on TV. Desperate for attention, she has an artistic streak and will do whatever she can to make certain her creative expressions are noticed. She is very colorful and has a cunning personality. She tries to be better than anyone. She leaves clues in the form of rhyming poems and has a secret crush a boy in the District, but she doesn't want anyone to know.History:
She has a very high opinion of her own intelligence, and most of her time involves plotting to make herself look good and defraying others. She never really cares enough to know anyone's name, so she's usually calling them by something close-ish. (For instance, 'Blaine Farms' if someone's name were 'Blake Barnes' ect.)
Don't let the sugary exterior fool you, this bon bon has a toxic center. She is an impish time bomb who will lull you into a false sense of security and throw your world into chaos by sabotaging you when you become better at her or a threat to her triumphs, even if you have every intention to help her.
She's commonly creating havoc within the District and the people in it. She also has some impressively nefarious ideas for a girl her age. She is super touchy and offended by the most innocuous perceived transgression. She's really good at throwing tantrums when her plans don't go the way she hopes.
She's a great leader, even though she takes credit for all the work that's been accomplished. If you can get around her obnoxious voice and over-dramatic mannerisms, you'll see that she's impecible at creating lists, charts, and general planning-related tasks. She's also very observant, and her specialty is predicting events, so she's someone you'd want on your side-- she'll be in charge, of course, so you'll be on her side.
Francine has an aunt who is a hypnotist named Sandy. Sandy's the only connection Francine has to her past, as her parents, along with her belongings, were roasted in a fire that she claims was set on purpose just to get back at her. Though she has no substantial proof of grand-arsony, she's become obsessed with searching for who did it.Codeword: Odair
She's a lot stronger than people give her credit for, as someone else in her situation might have a mental break-down, but she'd come to the conclusion that eventually someone would use her family to attempt to tear her down, and so she prepared herself. Not that guilt or self-blame were ever Francine's strong-suit.
Francine's capable of making friends, though eventually she'll find that they've begun to slow her goals down and she'll discard them, as she's used them enough. If someone were to manage to stick around in her ally range, she'd begin to promote them to an 'assistant' position of sorts; plotting with them, sharing secrets, and having them be more than just a side-kick. That being said, she's really only let herself fantasize about one boy in particular, but never thought of how he'd make the jump from 'friend' to 'boyfriend', so that will be a tremendous struggle for her.
She'd love to be a Victor, with the constant fame and cameras and people looking up to her, but the whole 'teenage death-match' will most definitely prove to be an issue. She's never prepared and there hasn't been a Victor from her District yet, so she'd put a lot of stress on herself and might even snap in the arena, so she's made a point to not request tesserea.
