Alcelia Kastha. District 5 [Complete]

Alcelia stands at 5' 5, weighs 110 lbs and is of an average frame. Not too skinny and not too fat. The girl dons brown hair which falls to just below her shoulder blades. Her fringe having a natural parting on the right and dark brown eyes. Almond shaped and delicate. The girl has fair eyebrows, which are brown-y black, her skin is not that pale though she does not really have a tan and she has freckles all across her delicate face. Her lips are pale and look dry. Though they are relatively soft.

The 13 year old rarely smiles, normally seen with a straight face. She has quite a broad jaw line and hardly has a chin. Her nose is small, and complements her face well. Her hair normally looks well looked after, and it naturally waves and falls over her shoulders. She is regularly seen brushing her fringe to the left as it is prone to falling into her view.

Alcelia has a petite neck and very feminine shoulders, they are not broad in the slightest, her figure is very feminine with well defined curves. Slender arms and legs, and a seeming fragile frame. he girl ormally wears cloths that hides her figure, baggy and light to wear. Normally dark though can be seen wearing white from time to time. Her shoes are nothing to brag about, normally just old sneakers/trainers.

Alcelia is secluded and quiet. Not liking to talk since her father left, the girl takes stuff far too seriously as well, often becoming annoyed at her brother for his jokes. Despite this Alcelia can have her upbeat moments, she still smiles from time to time and has a laugh occasionally. Though these are rare. Her hatred for her father gave her a stereotype of most men. Despite her brother. She respects him despite his "over" cheery attitude.

The girl is fairly intelligent. Going as far as understanding how the rigs and pumps work in her district, despite the fact it is relatively simple she sees it as an accomplishment. She has abilities in writing, preferring to write stories on a world which she would see as perfect. Though this can sometimes dispatch her from the real world and send her into a dreamland. This soon becoming a habit where she would zone out of anything she is doing, and causing her to forget what she was doing completed. The Girl can also sing, though she hides this desperately.

Very rarely does the girl make jokes, unlike her brother. She shows very little emotions despite happiness. She is the only one of her siblings not to have received a boost from their brother. She likes to try and help friends as much as she can, as well as family. This is slightly damaged though as she can be a bit heartless at times. The girl sees everyone as the same, regardless of age, race, gender and so on. She will treat everyone how she would want to be treated. The girl is also never armed for that reason. Hating the use of weapons.

Alcelia can also be very demanding at times, though this comes with her age. She also dislikes when she is in need of help. As she likes to be independent.

The girl was born into a loving and happy family. Her brother being the one she truly liked when she was younger. Her mother telling her stories of how Phoenix use to sit by her crib like a little bodyguard and how they use to play games with each other. Alcelia, like the rest of her family didn't see much of her "ever supplying" father. Unlike her brother she never took a liking to him as much as she did to her mum. Always preferring her or Phoenix.

When the girl was about six her father had walked out. Though her memory of that they is faded. All she could remember was her brother picking her up and walking to a room. The girl wasn't much affected by this, although she took more of a shine on her brother now. That as until her step-father came. Almost taking an instant like to him as soon as she saw him.

Age 8 she had been very much a daddy's girl. This causing her and her brother to become more distant than before. Though she still loved him. hen she found out she was going to have another sibling she was happy for weeks. hoping it would turn out like her brother whatever gender, and for the next year, everything was almost perfect.

Not much happened during that year until the end. Her step-father was killed in a rigging accident, Alcelia was the second worst effected by the looks of things. Her mum being the only one who was hit more, she had openly cried in front of her and Phoenix, neither of whom had seen it before. Alcelia, instead of doing her normal thing and latching on to her brother did so to her mother. Both of them needed the support in her eyes.
