Personality:
Victor has short black hair, but not too short. He likes to keep it long enough to try the latest styles. He has azure blue eyes. His ears aren't pierced. In fact, he has no body piercing or tattoos whatsoever. He is clean-shaven, never lets a beard develop.
Victor is 6'2" and weighs roughly 190 lbs. His body is well-built and in superb physical condition, many years of pulling fishing nets from the ocean has served him well. He is a good runner and even better swimmer. If necessary, he can hold his breath for almost seven minutes.
Victor likes to wear a black T-shirt and blue jeans. He prefers steel-toed shoes. However, he has no preference for underwear and socks aside for them needing to be black. He absolutely abhors wearing dress clothes. Since he has a huge scar across his chest from a fishing accident, he rarely takes his shirt off in public.
Victor also tends to have black and blue bruises upon various places around his body for days after his beatings. However, they are usually, but not always, in areas that are covered up by clothing so the peacekeepers don't get overly suspicious.
Victor likes to bully people around to make him feel better and help him forget about his poor treatment at home. He's a loner, has little interest in making friends. His rude personality tends to scare most people away.History:
Victor trusts no one, especially those young enough to be in the games. It's a cruel world he lives in. Everyone seems out to get him. As such, he cannot trust anyone except those he feels are too weak and pathetic to be a threat.
Victor receives great pleasure from fighting and causing trouble. It makes him feel so powerful, beating the crap out of his opponents. Having such control over other people gives him a strange sense of euphoria. It's a shame there are so many peacekeepers. They always seem to get in the way.
Victor is obsessed about The Hunger Games and will do anything to win. He can't stand living under his father's shadow. He hopes to use the money, won from the games, to help him move out on his own.
Oh, and one more thing--it annoys the hell out of him when people call him Vicky or Victoria. If anyone calls him such names, they better be prepared for a beating.
Victor's father was a fisherman. The man fell in love with Victor's mother and they became happily married. Soon after their honeymoon, the mother became pregnant. They were thrilled and eager to become parents. They lived happily ever after.Codeword: odair
But all good things are meant to end. One day, there was a fishing accident during a storm when Victor was only seven-years-old. Something on the boat snapped loose and gashed Victor across the chest. In her effort to rush to her son's aid, the mother failed to notice a swinging sail and got knocked overboard where she soon drowned. His father took it hard, blaming Victor for the mother's death. Had the man not been busy holding onto Victor and keeping him from being blown away, he have been able to save his wife. Or so his father believes...
Whenever the father was stuck on shore and not working on his boat, he became a frequent drunkard who was easily enraged. It didn't take much to make him beat his son. During every beating, his father always made one thing clear--that he wished Victor had died instead of his wife.
Needless to say, Victor had little choice to accept the beatings. There wasn't much he could do. He was a little boy back then. As he was no match for the hulking brute of a father, he resorted to picking on kids at school instead. They were weaker and far more enjoyable to beat-up anyway.
Eager to surpass his father, Victor spends all his free time training for the games. He can wield a spear with great skill, both as a melee weapon and a projectile. He is also quite skilled at catching prey with a fishing net.
