Raja Pine - District 4

Raja's face is a little bit like an oval with many features. Raja's chin goes down and is rounded on the bottom. Her eyebrows are slightly thick, and darker than her hair. She has long eyelashes, and close to them, her sky blue eyes. She has a beautiful face, but a few odd features have extra, and maybe unwanted, attention.

Her hair is long and most of it is blonde. The only different colors in her hair are her dirty blonde, natural highlights. Though they are not in few places on her hair, there is definitely more lighter blonde colors than dirty blonde ones. Her hair is smooth and hardly curls. It shapes well around her thin face. It is quite nice, but is hard to take care of.

Raja's skin is light peach and very pale. She likes her skin, but it barely ever tans. Her neck is long, but not long like a giraffe neck.. Her arms are kind of long as well, and can be useful at times, but at other times, annoying. Overall, Raja is quite pretty.

At first glance, Raja might seem beautiful, but after looking at her for a while, she's not as pretty as it may look. As stated before, she has thick eyebrows, which make her look.. odd. As well, since her face is so skinny, her cheek bones stick out, and make her face look bony. Her lips that are normally formed into a frown are thin as well, and look like a line going across Raja's face. Just as everyone is, Raja doesn't have a perfect look.

Raja is a lot of things, but girly is not (and never will be) one of them. She acts quite tom boyish, and doesn't enjoy doing girly kind of things. Though Raja doesn't disrespect girly girls, she definitely is unlike them. Raja likes people to know that girls have power. She can't stand people who think girls are weak or powerless. Raja never acts like a girly girl.

Raja never is actually really cheerful. She's not always depressed, either. She's just in a state in the middle, where she's not really joyous or saddened. She has to be excited by something to be eager or enthusiastic. Raja really doesn't have intense emotion, unless, of course, something serious is going on.

Raja is usually kind, but doesn't act like it all the time. On her bad days, she gets grouchy and is easily angered. Raja has a short temper and, if annoyed, can have anger issues. Raja, sometimes, can't always control herself and her anger takes over. You never really know how Raja is going to act.

Raja's parents were Kadira and Talfryn Pine. She was an only child in her family and her parents never had any other children except for Raja. Though sometimes Raja wanted a sibling, she never got one. Talfryn and Kadira treated Raja like normal parents would, and nothing very odd happened in her past with her parents. Raja's parents were ordinary.

Kadira and Talfryn, Raja's parents, were both born in the fourth district, and Raja was as well. Raja enjoyed being in one of the rich districts. Kadira and Talfryn did their ordinary jobs, and Raja sometimes helped them, as well. Every year, Raja watched the Hunger Games.. dreading the year when she turned twelve. And then it happened, but she was never chosen to go.

When Raja was thirteen, she was scared she might be chosen for the Hunger Games, and she couldn't wait until she was nineteen. Raja sometimes had nightmares about dying in the games. She dreamed about being the first to die, and other terrible things. Raja then decided if she was picked, she would win, so she learned about all kinds of weapons. She did lots of things, and now she's sixteen. The age of nineteen was drawing nearer.. and she couldn't wait until her teen years were over.
