Joey Kingston [District 4]

-Joey Kingston is a tall, lean male. He weighs in at 145 pounds, and stands tall at 6 feet 7 inches. While being taller than most 18-year-olds. He has less muscle mass than the majority of District 4 men. Joey is often described as skinny, and when shirtless, you can see his ribcage.

-But Joey is also very handsome. He has a perfect nose, and almond shaped bright green eyes that can pull you right in. Joey has dark eyebrows that wrap around his eyes perfectly making his expression always serious. With naturally pink lips and straight, white shining teeth, it makes a smile that can light up an entire room.

-Joey's hair is a dark brown, which he keeps at a long length with wisps of blonde. Because of living in District 4, Joey keeps a golden-brown tan the entire year, pulling girls in all the time.

-Joey is a clever guy. He can figure out situations faster than most people, and can act on them too. He always has thoughts buzzing through his head. He can sense traps, or when people aren't being entirely sincere.

-He doesn't trust many, and to get trust established with him takes time, effort and lots of secrets. Joey thrives on knowing things that most don't. He likes feeling superior. But it doesn't usually get to his head.

-Joey has a special spot in his heart for young kids. He can hear where they're coming from, and listens to what they have to say. He is also good in most social situations, and can talk smoothly.

-At a young age, both of Joey's parents died in a hurricane, making Joey an orphan. Joey has no other known family, so has lived on the streets for most of his life. Joey has only a few good friends, despite his good looks and personality. People from District 4 tend to ignore the destitute.

-Joey's best friends, Lanna & Bryce Portman, took him in to keep him off the streets. But being from an already poor family, another mouth to feed wasn't an easy task for the Portman family. But they all sacrificed to keep him off the streets. No one got very much food, but they were thankful for what they did have.

-Joey started working for the Cooper family on their fishing vessel. He didn't make much money, but it helped buy food for the Portman's each week. Joey learned knots and how to use spears on the ship, and he seemed to have a knack for both skills. And they were added to his list of special skills.
