Marna Fisher of District Four

Marna is proportionate. She has long arms and legs, letting her stand at about 5'9". She's on the skinny side, but not so skinny that it's scary. Her hands are gentle, but strong. She does have muscles--probably more muscles than most girl's her age in her district. You can tell she works out, but not for the Games. She has a curvy, sleek body and she usually isn't afraid to show it. The best way to describe her body is sleek or muscular.

Marna has a tan from working in the sun, but her skin is a golden color compared to a dark sort of tan. She has brown hair that hangs in waves and goes down just past her shoulders. Occasionally she curls it like during the reaping or dinners. Her eyes are a deep brown color and are very mysterious and alluring. She has a very seductive look about her and like she can make you tell your darkest secrets.

On a normal day, Marna will usually wear brown pants and a white shirt. Her hair is either left hanging down, put into a ponytail, or braided into a side braid. When she goes to the reaping, she's usually wearing a sleek-looking black dress that shows off her curves and ends at her ankles along with her hair curled and in a bun or just curled and left alone.

Marna is a very secretive and mysterious girl. Though, she does occasionally let more than one or two sentences slip out, she keeps to herself. She isn't very social, leaving her with near to none friends, but if she does have one or two friends they don't know much about her. She doesn't let people earn her trust easily, but if someone does get her trust she expects it not to be broken easily or at all. She can be very determined and stubborn. If she sets her mind to something, it gets done.

Marna is a very good negotiate when she does talk. Even without saying much, she can be seductive and mysterious enough to get people to let their secrets slide. She's a hard worker, getting whatever she is doing done and over-with quickly and surely, and in school she excels. She can be very alluring when she wants to be and can often get people talking with just a few words.

Marna cares for people she loves with all her soul, but again the people she loves is a very small number. She isn't one to have crushes, resulting in her popularity status to dwindle to the bottom. She's in there around the geeks and weirdos somewhere. As a child, she'd been high-spirited and full of spunk, but something changed and made her how she is now.

As a toddler and baby, Marna had a good life. Two parents who loved her and being a first child. But when she got older and into her elementary years, her happy, warm family dwindled into a depressed state. Her father began falling in love with someone else and frequently made trips to someplace Marna didn't know of. Her mother would often get infuriated at these outings and when her father would return there would be several days of the silent treatment. One of the times, Marna's father came home and when the little girl asked her daddy why he was away he had smacked her across the face so hard it had turned that side of her face into a bruise. After that she had kept quiet, though another time she has asked timidly and that time received a punch. Then, for the rest of her life, she stayed quiet and secretive.

Her father, after the trips continued for a couple years, moved in with the other woman and ceased all connections with his previous family. That, of course, made Marna's mother even madder and sent her into a state of depression. Because that was so hard for the little girl to care for her toddler brother they were moved into another house, but her brother and her eventually got separated when that house got burned while the two were at school. It seemed the two siblings were a sign of bad luck when together, so Marna's little brother was sent to the other side of D4 and she never saw him again.

Marna went from family after family, staying at one house for a couple weeks or months before moving to a different one. Finally she settled at a house that seemed to respect her, but not love her. She is content enough there, but somewhere deep inside her she wishes for a family that truly loves her like her childhood memories.
