Spouting a tall, frail build, Kasper stands at a proud 5'11. His appearance may lead others to believe he is phsically weaker than most-- which is exactly as he hopes. Kasper grew up with a condition that would not allow him to feel heat, therefore he normally wears multiples layers or blankets, coats or jackets to keep warm. Underneath the layers of clothing, and despite his frame, Kasper is very well toned, muscular and full of physical strength.

One of Kasper's most distinct features, one that he shares with his sister, are his piercing eyes. A single glance into his cold, stoic eyes may leave someone in a nervous and almost confused awe.

When Kasper was young, him and his twin sister looked almost identical, even being different genders. Now that maturity hit, their appearance grew apart, though they still maintain a certain distinct familiarity with each other.

Kasper shares quite a bit of personality traits with his twin sister, Karmin. He maintains a very quiet, "keep-to-himself" demeanor-- and only speaks when he is with his sister, or participating in a televised interview. You know-- for simple popularity purposes.

Kasper is very cunning and always thinks many steps ahead. He is courageous and vows to protect his sister at all costs. Much-like the clothes he hides his physical strength with, underneath his distant demeanor lies an extremely sensitive, caring and wise soul. He views this as a weakness, naturally.

Kasper is also able to connect and like his sister, communicate with animals on a level most others cannot. Every single day, Kasper wakes up with a purpose and he finds extreme comfort in that. Protecting the remnants of his family is what drives him, but building upon that toils in the back of his mind. The creeping desire to discovering a greater purpose-- a deeper meaning to life.

Though, there is no time for his own wants in Kasper's mind, when so much more is at stake...Family... Karmin... and ultimately, avenging the death of his parents.

Kasper and his twin, Karmin share a very dark past. They know all too well about death and the politics of The Hunger Games. Karmin and Kasper are practically famous in their district-- but not on their own accord-- they are famous for tragedy.

Their fame comes from their parents: Karen and Claud Regine. At the age of 16, Karen and Claud were lovers and soulmates, both chosen as tributes to the 40th annual Hunger Games. They lasted 'til the very end-- together, fighting until their last breath..

At the very end, Claud sacrificed himself to protect Karen and his children that she was bearing. Claud begged Karen to end his own life, to ensure her safety and the safety of his future children-- and she did. Karen plunged a knife into Claud's heart and her tears then ran dry. Somehow she knew she made the right decision. In her distraught state, after killing the man she loved, Karen almost immediately went into labor. She had and delivered her own children... in this wretched environment... How sick this made her feel. Ultimately, she could not live with her choices. Bringing children into a world this horrible, destroying the love she had so well and cutting off many other lives in this "game"
... Karen was not strong enough to live with this and she took her own life with the same knife used to kill her beloved...

... And there, in the middle of a desolate forest, lie two helpless, innocent children... who were intended to be named Kasper and Karin: twins, born in tragedy-- born in death.

Never in the history of the Hunger Games has anything like this happened, thus causing quite a stir and legacy for this family throughout ALL districts.

Growing up, Kasper and Karen were constantly reminded of their parents demise, by everyone. Such a sick reason to be celebrities and they never understood it-- they were furious and the more it was mentioned, the angrier and more focused they became.

Adopted into an off-the-grid, hippy, live-off-the-land family of bandits, rebels and gypsies... they surely learned how to fight. They trained, religiously...together...like warriors, waiting the day they may be chosen themselves for the Hunger Games.

Kasper and Karmin... together until the end, a bond stronger than anything known before.

..The world will watch in awe...she swore...
