Small, meek and very freckled. Her chestnut brown hair is actually quite long and would fall below her waist, however it is always kept up in a twisted bun for her work. She stands at only five foot four, and despite being better fed now, she always look like she could use another meal. She is stronger than she looks though, having fought for her survival long enough in such a poor District.

There was a time when there was a permanent layer of dirt caked under her nails and her skin remained ever covered in scrapes and bruises, however when she is working for Julian in the Emberstatt home, she is held to a much higher standard of cleanliness. Truthfully, she is quite grateful to be able to be bathe daily.

Quiet and gracious, softspoken and kind-hearted. Halle is a vision of a person who's beauty comes from within. Though her outward appearances remain meager at best, her beauty is found within.

Her mother died giving birth to her, and she's grown up as an only child under the withered man that was once her father. He was a rancher, but after his wife died he turned to drinking. After nearly destroying his life and leaving his child parentless, he finally got his act together and managed to find work in stables. Halle's life has been filled with poverty and little opportunity, but she has always been gracious for any break she receives. This is why she was more than happy to take a position to work in the Emberstatt house when Julian moved in, and now helps to keep up the house throughout the year. Of course, the job is far more strenuous when the Bryze boy is around.
