Appearance:

Tall with light blonde hair that she normally wears down or in bunches, grey-blue eyes and freckles around her nose and cheeks. She is medium build and has pale skin.
She often gets her clothes covered in dirt/mud and likes to wear anything green because that is her favourite colour.

Personality:

Emmie is often very happy and lively. She gets extremely hyper at times though, and is quite chatty.
However she can also be rather moody and when her cousin died she got depressed, but isn't so bad now. She will often still get upset about it though.
She has some friends and they an be very bossy, but she has a go with the flow attitude. She doesn't stand up for herself much. She is easily misled.

History:

Emmie's parents died when she around six months old, so her aunt looked after her, along with her cousin who was two years older than her. They became best friends.
As they got older Emmie would often tag along with her cousin and in time her friends became her friends, they were very close. However, one year her cousin was picked at the reaping and killed. For a while Emmie was very violent and depressed, but about a year later she began to recover from what happened.
She still lives with her aunt and sees her friends, but when they fight she won't stand up for herself. She is terrified she will be picked for the hunger games.
