Roxanna has dirty blonde hair that goes 5 inches down past her shoulders. Her hair also has light blonde highlights and a little bit a a dark brown color mixed in at some spots. Her bangs go down a little bit past her eye brows then they have a diagnal cut on her left side. She has thin hair so it gets messed up easier then thick hair. Her hair is naturally straight but it looks likes she used a flat iron.She also has a little beach blonde streaks here and there in her hair. Her bangs are parted to the left at all times. Her eye brows are also a dirty blonde shade.

Her eyes are a blueish gray with a hint of green. She has slight bags under her eyes from all the training but they are barely visible. She often wears mascara but barely any which makes her beautiful eyes pop. She wears a light natural color of eye shadow so it looks more natural. Her eye brows are a inch above her eyes. Her eyes have a hint of white mixed in with the grayish blue color. She also needs glasses but she uses contact lenses instead.

She has white teeth and all of them are adualt. She isnt missing any either. She has soft pink lips so it looks as if shes wearing lip gloss. Above her lips though she has a bit of peach fuzz so she often smiles to keep people away from seeing that flaw in her apperance. About a inch above her mouth is her nose. It is actually pretty big and she often tries to make people not notice it so people will belive shes flawless (which she isnt). From the time she was 10 to the time she was 14 she had braces so thta why her teeth are perfectly straight.

Sher is 5'8 or 68 inches or 173 centimeters. She is a little bit taller then the average which is 5'3-5'6. She is 112 pound sand the average is 115-145 so she is a little bit below average there. She has a slight natural tan from the sun. Her cheeks are a little bit pink. She has slight wrinkles around her lips and checks from smiling alot.

Personality:

Roxanna likes to train,talk to her friends/ people she doesnt think are too annoying, train some more, sharpen her knives, prank people when shes extremly bored, and run track.She dislikes people she finds too annoying which is alot of people,people who find her imperfect,people who say she would never be able to win in the hunger games,cats,skunks,doing archery,using a slingshot,and losing.


Some stuff that Roxanna is good at includes throwing knives,using knives, hiding knives,making knives,sharpening knives,running,hand to hand combat, doing hair,doing cartwheels,making up excuses,persuade people that she is correct,acting nice and kind to get what she wants,and impressing people. Some stuff Roxanna is bad at includes archery, using a slingshot,using a sheild,using a sword,intimadating people,coming up with strategy without help,identifying posines plants from safe ones,extracting poisen,swimming,cooking,making clothes or blankets,making fires,making real friends that know how mean and cold she really is,and killing anyone who she becomes true friends with.

Most people see Roxanna as a sweet, nice,caring,considert,and kind 15 year old girl. Those people dont know the true Roxanna. In truth Roxanna is a evil, manipulative,cold hearted,persuasive, mean and a all around jerk. Roxanna is bossy,rude,sarcastic,selfish,and disrespectful around her family but around everyone else she acts like a perfect angel. She is cunning and devious. She also trie sto persuade people when ever she wants something, but all and all how will this help her in the hunger games is what some people who realise the true her ask. She always replies with "It will help me get sponsers and help me in the interview what else" . That is what kind of person Roxanna truely is so dont be fooled by a pretty face.

History:

On December 13 1998 Roxanna Elizabeth Logston was born in district 2. Her mother is Victoria Isabella Logston. Her father is Lucas William Logston. She had no brothers or sisters so her family was better off since her father was a Peacekeeper and stayed in the district. District 2 hardly ever had anything going on so it was mostly calm. Roxanna's mother and father spoiled her to death. So part of the way she acts is because of her parents.

Roxanna trained since she was young like most careers. At first no one thought cute,sweet,innocent little Roxanna could hurt anything.Then they saw what she could do with knives and began respecting her,some even feared her. She saw how she was better at most when stuff involved knives so she kept only using knives. Then one day someone say how much power she used shen using knives and suggested to also try hand to hand combat. She tried it and with her strength and flexibiltiy combined she could do a powerful and quick punch or kick. She tried archery and slingshots once. She failed and she was glad no one saw her fail. She began running and sure enough she was fast. She began trainging 10-20 hours a day just on running hand to hand combat and knives. Eventually she was either feared or respected by all most all the other careers in district 2.

On days when she wasnt training, which was half on saturday all of sunday, after a reaping, the day the hunger games ended, when the tributes came back, the day after that,her birthday, and natinal holidays, she was hanging out with 'friends',blackmailing people, or just relaxing. Sometimes she had to babysit her cousin who was 6. Well I wouldnt call it babysit I would call it treat your cousin like a slave. If she wanted a piece of gum,a can of soda,her phone,her hairbrush, or anything else she would ring a bell and her cousin would enter give her what she wanted then countinue watching T.V. in the living room. Why would her cousin agree to this you ask well this is how the girl saw it 'would a adualt trust me more or Roxie. Probally Roxie'. As for hanging out with friends they would go to the mall all day long. Blackmailing people was just when she needed some cash really.

On December 21 1998 a monster,deciver and a cold hearted person was born.
