Kevin Brown District 12 Peace Keeper[Finished]

Kevin is a decent height for his kind. He is a height of 5"6. He is a decent build. He has some muscle on him but not enough to call him buff. His skin tone is not normal for his area. He is some what tan but has a lot of white still on him. His eyes are a interesting color. They are blue but not a normal state of blue. They look like the ocean water at certain times and others they look like the sky.

His teeth are not the greatest. They look like someone doused some sort of yellow liquid on them and it stuck around. His hair is a interesting color also. It is blonde but not a normal type of blonde. It gets to looking like it is brown when looked at it in a certain way or when light hits it. At other times it looks like a yellow. He likes to wear his clothes that are from long ago. He wears cammo that is not made anymore. He has a small scar on his left forearm. He has a tattoo on his right shoulder that has two crossed rifles.

Kevin is a serious person. He likes to get his job done on time, in a efficient manner, and without any problems happening. If there is something that goes bad he will always try to find the person responsable and make sure to give them living hell. He also likes to give people second chances a lot of times. He is not willing to make a harsh decision on someone before he either knows the crime was a serious one or gives the person a second chance.

Kevin had a well-developed power of concentration. When it came to times during the reapings of the time of house searching he would only focus on the mission at hand. He would never left his feelings, or the cries from other people get in the way of what had to be done. He has never also liked the fact that some people in the outer districts think so lowly of the capitol and the other people.

Kevin was also loyal to his job. No matter how much he hated it and he did he was willing to give it his hundred percent. He also had a little anger problems that not a lot of people knew about. He would get mad at someone who did something stupid. He was dependable and would follow through on his tasks to the exact time. He never took no for a answer and would never tell anyone no when they asked for something. He was accountable for his actions and also enjoys his leadership roles.

Kevin. was born into a family of middle class miners in distrct 2. He was never the best at anything he tried. He was always last when it came to training, and he was most certainly the weakest compared to most of his class. He grew up with the best that his parents could give him. He was given the training to be a career but he never could take the opportunity to actually volunteer the games. At his 15th birthday he was given the the option to keep training for the games at the training area or to start training for another life style. He was very intrigued with the thought of something else beside the games and it's training.

He left training for the games the next week to start at a special training center that was for peacekeepers in training. He was a little confused on why he had been choosen to become a peacekeeper. He did not fit the requirments at all to be one. He just went through the days as if they were confusing to him. He still went through training for the games but not as much as he did back at the old training center. He started to learn how to assemble the weapons of the Peacekeepers and also the different general orders and the ranking structure that came with the turf of being a Peace keeper.

At the age of 17 Kevin was now allowed to learn more trainings then just the fighting and rules that most peacekeepers knew. He was moved to the caves of District 2 to get a better lifestyle of the peacekeepers. He spent the next year learning about ships, electrical devices that are used by the capital and also other weaponry not known to the civilians. While inside the caves of district 2 he learned what where he was going to be sent to the capital in the following year. He learned he was going to be sent to district 12. While waiting for his time to leave he got in very good with the higher up Peacekeepers who made the decisions of who became a Pk and who did not. He asked them about how he had become a part of the Peacekeepers.

He was told he had been picked out of a group of trainees who showed great potential not as tributes but as fighters for other reasons. He had showed that he could make smart decesions under pressure and he did show decent fighting technique while in training. He just accepted the reasons that he had been told and went back to his training. He finished his training at age 18 after the final reaping that he had not been choosen in. He graduated the Peacekeeper school and was now indoctrined into the life of a peacekeeper.

He was now waiting for his time to be shipped to his duty station to where he would have to enforce any order that he was given now. He knew he was not a civilian anymore. He worked for the capitol and they were the only ones telling him what to do. kevin was finally given his orders on where to go and was sent to get the rest of his stuff. He got on the train to head to district 12 for the rest of his life.

He got to district 12 to notice the place was not that bad and really did not look like a threat. He checked in with his commander and got his orders on when he was working and where he was suppose to be at all times. He was content with all of this and he would be willing to deal with it all the time as long as he did not have to hurt much people. Two years went by and nothing bad had happened. He wrote letters back to his family in district 2 telling them what it was like to be a peacekeeper. He made it seem like it was the greatest thing in the world.

He told his parents in the letters that he had been called on cases where people were stealing and trying to get past the wire but they had been stopped. He had hoped his parents would understand that he was just doing his job and not trying to hurt anyone. He was now being ranked up to a higher rank in the Peacekeepers. He was not in charge of a lot of them but he was now able to control a large squad of four guards.
