Joel is somewhat average looking. He works out somewhat to keep in shape. He weighs about 130-140. That is average weight for his size of five foot five. He has a interesting hair color. His hair is is dark brown but he had blonde put in under some of his hair.

His hair size is about a 2 inches to 3 inches. It has never grown more then that size. In the sun when it hit right you could see the blonde that was in his hair. In the dark it looked like the color of the night. He is a semi tan guy. His arms are tan while the rest of his body are white.

Joel has a tattoo on the right side of his neck. It is a tattoo of a alien. The left side of his neck has a scar on it. His teeth are not the best color. They are slightly yellow from lack of hygiene on them. His wrist has a tattoo of a pair of scissors and dashed lines. He also has a little acne on his face.

Joel has two different style of clothes he likes to wear. When he is at home he loves to just lounge around in shorts and sandals. He loves to wear black shirts a lot of the time. He also always has a hat on. His other style is a style not many people wear. He wears this when he goes to the clubs,works and is with friends. He wears ripped pants, with a long sleeve shirt, jacket, and cap.

Flaws: He has several flaws. He has a nack for getting way to drunk. He also tends to ignore most people and has a mental idea that he is above everyone. He is also a little lazy at times. He has crooked teeth. He has this mental disorder that makes him angry when some people make him mad.

Likes: He likes girls. He is really into music. He loves getting out into the club scence or into the public and being with people. He loves to drink. He loves shopping for some new clothes. He also enjoys watching the games. He enjoys death and fighting.

Problems: He hates a lot of people in the capitol. He pretends to care for people even when he wishes they were dead. He has a hard time making friends and can never keep a girl. He is judgmental over everything. But he also will be willing to help some people when he feels they need help. He had a well-developed power of concentration. He focused more on the work he did then well life itself.

Joel was born to a somewhat wealthy family in the capitol. He grew up getting mostly whatever he wanted when he wanted. At the age of 7 his parents got into a fight. They split up. His dad got custody of him and he could see his mom whenever it was accepted by his dad. By the age of 9 to 10 he started to hang out with the so called bad crowd. At the age of 11 he started to drift away from not only his friends but his family also.

He turned the age of 14 he started to hear the music from way back in the day. He got hooked on it. From then on he was addicted to that music and he could not get it out of his mind. At the age of 16 he got to go to a club with his friends. He enjoyed it a lot. But he was more interested in what the Dj was doing.

At the age of 17 for his birthday he asked his parents for a pair of turntables. He wanted to be a dj. For the next year he learned all he could about music from before. He enjoyed doin this for that year. At the age of 18 to almost 19 he was playing music in the clubs. During that year he had met a girl that he had liked. After he saw the girl leave and get married he started to become a alcoholic. From the age of twenty-one he had always has some sort of alcoholic beverage in his hands to drown the misery away. When he was twenty-two he moved out of his families house into a house closer to the capital. He enjoyed the life of seclusion he could have.

One day while he was djing at one of the clubs he slipped on some of the alchol bottles laying on the floor. He had fallen back and cracked his head open. He was in the hospital for a few months. He got out of the hospital a few months after being admitted. He spent the time after leaving the hospital trying to get back into a normal life.
