District 6 Oliver Twist plot [OPEN]

Note: This plot was inspired by Oliver Twist.

There is a man, none of the other boys and girls know his real name, they just call him 'Master' or 'Boss'. You see he likes to take in orphaned kids at a young age because he has a very big house and sees this as a potential idea, he got his money through various means and with his larger than average house he started taking in young kids. And with these young kids he started training them to become criminals, masters at pickpocketing! He taught them how to steal stuff on the sly, talk themselves out of situations etc. He just sees them as his 'project' he doesn't see them as little kids who needs a life so most of the time he lets them run wild, some are much older than others, some have been living with him for years (he's quite old).

Kids come and go, some of them run away, some of them die, some of them get caught but he's still always taking them in, like his own gang of kids and adults. He also has two assistants to teach them discipline. One of them is a young tough man in his twenties called Gruff who will teach the kids discipline, they can do whatever they want in the streets but when they're in Master's house they need to act a certain way. His second assistant is a woman in her thirties called Belle, she's very sweet and nice towards the children, supplying them with things when they need it but when she needs to be she can be quite ruthless.

And that's what the general household is like, unique, all kids of different ethnicity and personality but they all have one thing in common. They love to steal.
