One must traverse many a canal, negotiate many a tight corner, slip through many a dark alleyway to find this shop. The shop is owned by three sisters, each oddly lovely in their own way. The sisters are all rather knowledgeable about the wool that is imported from the the Eighth District. There is Nona, the weaver, Decima, who measures out the wool for you, and Atropos, who will cut the wool measured for you. Each sister is very good at what she does, their mother and father raised them you see, to be able to take care of themselves when they had to part from them. Still, it is not just a cozy little wool shop. You see, the wool is a front for the real business the sisters conduct. There is Nona, the one who measures how expensive a life will be, Decima, the one who decides when a hit will take place, and Atropos, the one to choose how a hit will take place. The sisters work together, in an uncanny way. They deal in silence and whispers, rumours and sorrow. Their eyes into the outside world are the gondoliers that roam District Four's canals. Through them they collect whispers, facts, and lies. Through them they decide if a hit is worthy, if it will take place, and how painful it will be. These are the sisters, the three Fates. These are the girls who will decide your's. Nona - 18 - played by Python Nona Fate is ridiculously reliable. One can count on Nona to always have the wool spun and ready for first thing in the morning. She has her head firmly on her shoulders, and it's an excellent head for figures as well. Completely sensible to the point of inhumanity, she looks at everything as a number rather than as alive, therefor can come across as rather unfeeling and horrid. Her fingertips are hard, callused things from spinning a wheel and plucking at needles and strings for so long. It is she who decided it would be practical for her and her sisters to not only deal in death, but in wool. It is therefore all her meticulous organization and careful forethought that allows the sisters to run such a business. She is the sister who will decide if you are worthy of a hit or not. Decima - 16 - played by Cass Decima is always one hundred percent accurate, measuring up each length of wool to perfection. This is a trait she has taken from her sister, and their mother before her. Not only that, but she also has an excellent sense of timing. It is therefore always up to her to decide when the right time to drop a body is. She is the one who knows how many days you have left, for if your death is bought, chances are it is marked in her ledger, and your time is coming. If one were aware of their hit coming, they could visit Decima to lengthen the time they have left. It only costs a small fortune. Decima holds no sympathy and will not be payed in pleading. If you come to beg for more time, you better bring a good bargaining chip. Atropos - 17 - Played by Elegant Atropos by all rights, utterly mad. She is well suited to simple tasks, such as cutting the thread where her sisters have told her to cut. Just as she is the one who cuts the thread in the shop, she is the one in charge of cutting your life. She will decide whether you are dumped in a pit of snakes, or if a piano is to fall on your head. She can easily make death look like an accident, just by using Decima's timing to give the perfect chance. Although t is her job to delegate the killings out to those more suited, such as Bastille and his lackeys, or other parties that are desperate for more time or cold, hard cash. She adores the site of blood, and was the little girl that pulled wings off flies just to watch them squirm. She is as cold and unfeeling as her sisters, yet more so. *Ight, so, this plot is not first come first serve, ja feel? Also, I know it's small, but there are legit only three fates? Like what do you want from me? I didn't do very well on the character descriptions but yolo. Show me what you know about Greek Myth and apply ah ha yay.* |
