Chain Locked Plot [Needed people 1-3 District 12]

Other Member's RPing: I would prefer if you were atleast close to intermediate and I am happy with any one who their role playing skills is intermediate and above, but depending on the type of beginner I can bend

Age Requested: An 17 year old male , Then other other 2 characters can be any age really(they are more filler / character foil characters
Plot in Mind: Well if you read the profile Blue Haves a Boy friend who is equally out for revenge due to his life hardships (you can create some reason that only Blue knows about)( he lives in a community home too) He is a bit more easy going then Blue but still is ready to create chaos for the capitol. Their ultimate plan is the Hunger games and to ultimately show the capitol up even if they are killed. ( Since this is highly unlikely due to reaping chances this is a plot for unusual circumstances lets get back to the main point.) The plot takes place where they have already established an alliance and now they are pretty much just stealing things, creating ideas for the games, and just being plain lovers. This is where the other two characters come in. They can be enemies of them, people who their supplies are stolen, or even The people who Blue, and her boy friend set free, or even just a shop keeper who tries to get them on the right path(even a teen) I don't care as long as it is interesting LOl
Now for the hard part I rather not do this, but I think it will allow for a better plot. In order to apply for a character in the plot you must give a small sample of your role playing, What the character will be like, how will he/she affect the plot, and even if it is the boyfriend or the side character. This will just make things run smoother. ( A preexisting character is cool too so a link to their profile)
If there is any ideas for this plot line please do tell!
