Yuan isn't what you would call gorgeous. However, like every other young man of his age, he has his charms. He has a flow of long, black hair running down his neck, powerful and mysteriously bright blue eyes and a very pale skins. His face traits are very thin and long, and even almost feminine. He is known to be quite thin in appearance as well, giving him a sense of grace whenever he walks by.

He is known to be very handsome and to look even sympathethic to the eyes, even if he sometimes seems depressed and lonely. He often wears black clothes, which complements his facial features well, but also reinforce this kind of gloomy image. When he goes on mundane evenings, he makes sure to put flowers on his formal outfits, giving him a sense of class and dignity. His lips have a peachy pink hue to them.

Many weeks of training have given him extremely agile reflexes. He can feel a weapon coming at him from miles away, and still be able to catch it at full speed, with minor injuries of course. He is agile and quick on his feet, compensating for his lack of brute strength. His frail fram gives him an undeniable advantage of the ground, since he can actually hide pretty easily when danger comes ahead. He is a master fighter with a rapier, using his keen reflexes and his reaction speed to confuse his opponent and deal precise and mostly fatal strikes. However, his lack of strength makes him a prey for anyone with enough brawn to put him down.

He is known to have a tattoo of a snake, slowly crawling on his right leg, its golden eyes looking straight at anyone who dares to watch it.

Personality:

Underneath this angelic, yet gloomy facade hides a horrible human being, capable of many atrocities. Yuan is known to be ruthless and pragmatic. He enjoys watching people suffer, making him a pure sadist in the eyes of many. He is also extremely distrustful. If you don't work to get his respect, you will most likely end up on the ground, a rapier through your stomach. However, since the Districts are a highly secure place and Yuan actually shows a little dignity, there is not much chance for it to ever happen.

Even if Yuan appears as rutheless and evil, he actually has a good side. If he respects someone, this person can have his complete trust for the rest of his life. Henceforth, he becomes a valuable friend once he gets to know a person to it's fullest. He also can be a jester sometimes, always game for a laugh when the time is right and the situation gives him the right to do so. He values the bonds he forms with his comrades. In addition, he has a surprisingly developped intellect, capable of making strategies for training and hunting, earning him the respect of many people.

Yuan never clearly understood the enormity of the world around him. As such, he exhibits a frightening and dark image because of his fears that keeps looming on him. He always feared the dark, even as a young teenager, because as a child, nobody ever told him what lies beyond the unknown walls of darkness when night falls. Thus, when confronted with darkness, he often feels nervous and nauseous, and he almost always lose his temper, making him crazier than ever.

History:

Year: 50th Hunger Games. The years have disappeared... only the Games remained.

As the Games were over and done with, Panem cried its lost ones. But they were not the only one. The Amarrow family, led by the Patriarch Elrich Amarrow, welcomed a new member of their family on the Day of the Victory. After mourning a loss, they found hapiness in the birth of their new child, Yuan.

The child grew in the richest District of Panem, with his family always taking care of him, trying to make him an outstanding citizen of Panem. He was their pride and joy, and he knew it. From a young age, he started to watch his father train as much as he could, always preparing for a fight. Maybe the talks of rebellion were not only whispers through the branches... And so, as the years grew by, he started to train with his father to master the art of fencing. Wielding a rapier for the first time by the age of 5, he started to show great promise in the family trainings.

One day, however, when he was 7, a fearsome storm washed away a part of District 1. The electricity went out quickly, and Yuan was plunged into deep darkness. Since he never experienced something like this, he soon started to panic. He was afraid, and alone. His parents were in another room, and he had no one else to turn to. Whether he wanted it or not, this event scarred him to no end. The death of his father, happening a year later, triggered a drastic change in his personality.

He soon became violent and prone to anger. He also started to feel a certain glee when he watched other people's suffering. During his teenage years, the Hunger Games, for him, were the pinnacle of sadistic pleasure, as he always watched with an eerie grin every kill that were made on the screen. At the age of 12, his name was in the bowl for the first time. He was waiting with anxious pleasure for his name to get out of the bowl...

It never came out...

He is now 15. His training has made him the paragon of speed and agility, and his talents for trap-making made him a force to be reconed with.

Get ready Panem, for the name Amarrow will be heard.
