Juniper Ralin ~ District 13

Juniper has long thin blonde hair. It is more of an average size and it is rather thin. She parts her hair to the right most of the time, and keeps it in a loose low pony tail. Her eyebrows are kind of arched and the inner part is darker then the outer. She has long dark eyelashes naturally.

She has beautiful round blue eyes. He lips are thin but pink and pretty. She has a small beauty mark on the left of her nose, but it doesnt bother her. She is of average height, but she is really thin.

Outgoing/Rebellious~
Juniper is an outgoing girl. She is very rebellious and her family has been for District 13 for a while. In 13 she is very energetic and is always running around. Because of her rebellious personality even in D13 she disobeys sometimes. Thats just the way she is.

Secretive/Mischevious~
Juniper keeps many secrets. She is always doing things she is not supposed to and she keeps it hidden. She pulls pranks occasionally but strangely enough she doesn't really like pranks. She like to me more open with what she does.

Restless~
She can not stay in one place for very long. She has to keep moving or exercising or something. If she is still for too long she will get fidgety. She cant stay quiet as she is very talkative. At night she is very restless in her sleep. She always squirms around and is often woken by nightmares.

District 9~
Juniper and her family were all born and raised in District 9. They were happy working with the grain, but Juniper wanted to rebel.As always. She had heard about District 13 and she wanted to join. She learned about Panem in school, and District 13 in the black market.

Wandering~
When she turned 17 she decided to take her family out of the District. She led them toward District 13 and they became Wanderers. For many winters they were starving and frozen. But when summer came they always got well fed and warm.It was a rough time until they made it to District 13.

District 13~
Once they got to the District they were given their room house things and they have been content living there. Juniper's father is an active part of the rebellion and so it Juniper. She helps all she can but as stated earlier she also rebels. Sometimes she will get curious and ask questions about the plans, and she will find out the answers.
