Once This Day Ends (Meiko and open)

My feet pounded against the ground. This was the only part of training I liked. It was kinda musical sounding. There was a rhythm to it. And I controlled the tempo with out even opening my mouth. A small smirk grew across my face. I loved the feeling music gave me. I felt a little shiver go down my back. I picked up the speed , for a faster tempo.

My heart began to beat faster and my breaths become deeper. I whispered to myself" Always will be the ..." Before I could finish my sentence, I smacked into something. I stubble a few steps back then steadied myself. Before I could fully focus on what was going on, something landed on my head. It slid off my head and I caught it in my hand. It was a fish? A small dead fish. Then I lifter my eyes slightly to look a girl on her but staring at me. She looked shocked. And fish were all around her.

She was a cute little thing. A little thing you would treat like a sister and protected from someone....someone like me. I took a deep breath and made my face become harsh looking. Can I do this? Yell at her and be harsh toward her.....But if Im not mom and dad will be disappointed. And I can't have them be that again

I threw the fish infront of her."What the hell do you think your doing. I take this same damn way everyday. Explain why were you in my way now" My voice came out with a growl. And like always my heart was breaking as I did this.

When she screamed she was sorry, I shut up. That was new. Usually people fight back or cry. But never say their sorry let alone scream it. I watched as the girl was trying to find food she could save. My heart cracked even more. Some one with extra money would go buy more. Where shes becoming upset about the food she couldn't save. I looked around us watching people stare at us. Everyone knows how I am with weak people.

They were all watching to enjoy the show. I growled." And what the hell are you looking at. Get on with you worthless lives." Some people were about to argue back, I just shook my head. Slowly everyone left us alone. I kneeled beside her and looked to the side. " Just leave it." My words were sharp and harsh." If the stupid fish and bread mean so much to you I will replace it." Before she could agree or rufuse and got up and roughly pulled her to her feet.

I wasn't listening to her babble. It was better off for my heart. But as hard as I tried I caught the last thing she said before stepping back. It was a low blow . But she couldn't know better. I took a sigh to calm myself. then turned around and grabbed her wrist and pulled her to my side. "Would you shut up. Jeez someone tells you their going to buy food for you and you act like your about to die" Even though I tried to make it sound harsh. It came out humours.

I took a few steps ahead. Then stopped and looked back at the girl "My name is Tristan Alice Cooper. And yes your guess about what I am is right. So if you don't want me to drag you the whole way I suggest you hurry up" I have her a grin.

I heard the girl say her name was Lindsay. But she said it so quietly. She was lucking I was listening. But still she needed to be the girl who yelled sorry to me. Without looking at her I spoke normally "Speak up! How can anyone her when you speak like a mouse. You sound weak and worthless. And as soon as people think you are. They will walk all over you and destroy you." My words were harsh but true.

We arrived at my special seller for fish. He always gave me the best of the best and great prices. On top of that I could act normal around him. It looked like a home. I looked at her and said softly" Don't tell anyone or else..." I gave a knock on the door and the door opened shortly. A rough looking man opened the door. He gave us a smile. Most of his teeth were missing. His clothing looked as if they haven't been cleaned in years.and his hair was messy. But if her cleaned up he would would better. He had clean skin and breath taking hazel eyes. I grabbed Her wrist and dragged her inside right to the back. "I need double order this time."

The girl was bitching at me. Me and Ron ,the fish supplier. Looked at eacher then her and bust out laughing. He walked away laugh get out order filled. I yelled out after him "Hey put L on one of them." I turned towards her and gave her a pat on the back. "Good on you" I laughed again. "Your speaking up again." I leaned against the wall behide me.

"I'm helping because we ran into eachother. So it's half my fault" My my voice came out light and care free. Even thought I didn't mean to let her see this side of me. "So naturally I will pay for it. Any I work was to much to spend it." I rolled my eyes."Plus you look like your tight on money." I gave out a sigh.

I rolled my eyes ." Don't be sorry. I bitch people out all the time. When people deserve it, do it." I smiled softly. Then I heard ron clear his throat. I pushed myself off the wall. damn I didn't hear him. Hes going to flip next time I come. He never liked people leaning on his walls. I never understood why. I gave him the money and took the fish under my arm. Then with my other hand I grabbed her wrist and stormed out of the house.

Back to being the mean bitch. I let go of her wrist and turned to her." Tell me how are you under pressure?" My voice was kind but my face wasn't. No one was close enough to hear me. But close enough to see my face.

Lindsay trying to dodge the question. I know I only just met her. But still she should suck it up. It's not often I ask. Because all that really matters is my mom and dad. I sighed" Look I don't care if it's personal. If you want to find another spot to talk lets drop off the fish first." I raised a brow at her, to see what she would say now.
