Tezi Dawn::Capitol:: [WIP]

She is pale, with blue goldish eyes. Her hair is light blond. She is skinny at a wieght of 112 lbs. She also has a ring on her left finger that is pure silver and embedded in gold is the words: Pure Love Is Rare. She also has a tendency to wear bright colors, mostly white.

She wears the least extravegant clothing as possible, but still tries to stand out. She wears her blond hair down in a emoish like style that is sortah puffy. Her lips are often bloodred due to some dye she uses.Or her lips will be a lightish pink. She wears diffrent make up offten but usually sticks to gold colors.

She is often selfish and has fun at the expense of others. She never really is very social except with a few certain people. Also she is very secretive and can be lazy at times. People say patiants is a virtue... but Tezi, she doesnt have it.

She is however responisble and creative. She is trustworthy and is loyal. She is skilled in lying and can easily come up with lies if needed.
She is family oriented, even though its just her and her aunt. She is a dreamer about her future, but knows its a far fetched dream.

Also she is a bookworm and loves all books. She hates dirt, with a passion. She can be a coward but it is very rare and is usually very brave. But with being brave comes with her being stubborn as a mule. Pessimistic? Sometimes, but usually optimistic.

She was born, to her mother:
Kaya Marvera Dawn and to her father: Justin Ceve Dawn. After being born her mother and father died in some freak accident when going to meet a few friends. She was sent to live with her rich aunt Geniveve Henvieun (Hen- Ve- Uh- nn). Geniveve lives in the richer part of the capitol.
At the age of 10 she began reading and became smart. She excelled at mathematics and english. Learning latin and many diffrent math corses.
She is currently wanting to be a: PEACEMAKER or something involving the games.
Now she helps her aunt around and raises her pet pig, Flifu (Fly- Ffff- Uh) who hates everyone on earth except for her and her aunt. Tezi once had a pet dog, a big white fluffy herding dog her parents had gotten for her. After moving in with her aunt, she was forced to rid of her one and only companion,

Her parents were killed after a FALSE rebel accusation. Some peacemakers had become aware that they had FALSE connections to rebels and they thought somehow they were the leaders. They were killed instantly by a small berry poison in their drink. (Nightlock)
She always watches the hunger games on the 20 ft screen her aunt owns. Her aunt does however refuse to give her any money. Until the day she dies.
