Careers of District 1 their habbits ,and codes.

So my character Darren is 14 and a career for district 1. He has many friends since becoming a career. Now as a career your ultimate thing is to volunteer for the games or be picked. Now this group says they "stick together" but ultimately they are just as pushy for wanting to get in to the games and win. So as a group they decide that 1 of them should volunteer for the upcoming games ,and or put in so much tesserae that they are bound to get 1 of them in the games. They will continue to want to do this. The question is who gets the short end of the stick having to go in earlier than most careers?
So with this topic they also will be doing career training together so the amount of people in this topic can be 20 but the amount of careers in the pact that they are making will be 4 other boys and maybe a female or two.
So Darren is the person who can be a cool career at times but initially he was just picked up because he wanted to not be picked on anymore.
We need a so called "leader " of this career pact who tends to boss people around.
We need an aggressive person who tends to be the career wanting to absolutely kill people. Cato74s character Phenom Firestorm.
A person who is even more on the verge of not being in this career pact .
Then some fillers to make it 4 boys and a few girls.

(I want someone who can create more than one paragraph sometimes because it will allow me to do the same. So at least a beginners/ intermediate role players. Not all the way a beginner but not totally intermediate is what I am looking for or above.)
