In a shabby gray building on the sixth floor in the sixth district, down a hallway lit by fluorescent lights and in an exceeding cramped office used primarily for experiments on mice sits the Center for Behavioral Health. In truth, it’s just Dr. Allard’s office after hours. He rearranges the one lumpy couch for visiting patients, and late in the evening, he invites those that have contacted him through discreet channels (phone calls and hand written notes after seeing his paper ads posted about town) for psychiatric sessions. Spurred by the utter despair and exceedingly dingy of the district, Dr. Allard has taken it upon himself to help those in need with all his knowledge of Mental Medicine—even if his primary expertise is in neurological testing of field mice. He does this mostly in secret—he would never be allowed to use the office for such a purpose—and hopes he can do some good, rather than nothing.
