The Quell Anoucement Plot (open to anyone)

So I was thinking since the quall was announced , and obviously people want to have their characters react to the quell , and all with out being put in a plot that is long lasting well here it is for district 10. You can make your characters reaction , and reply to other peoples. Hopefully perhaps a group of 12-14 year olds can get together with my character Amelia , and talk about their hatred with quell. ultimately it is for all ages though. I will be posting tomorrow. Feel free to start it off I am looking forward to plotting with someone!
