The bell rings through the halls of the school as students file in lines waiting for the teachers to open up the doors and let them pretend to pay attention, while they catch up on their missing sleep from the night before. I place my books in my bag and push myself up from the bench I was sitting on. The people around me made me feel like screaming. I hate being surrounded and I hate having to squezz my way through crowds. Everyone seems to be rushing to get to class, afraid that their parents will get a note from the teacher saying they misbehaved. If I got a note like that, my parents wouldn't even give a damm.
I start walking through the crowd of people with my head held high, trying to make sure that they know that I am the boss here and I come first. I was sick and tired of having to push my way through the crowds, when two girls, maybe 14 years old stood in the middle of the hallway blocking the traffic coming right to them. I took my hands and seperated them pushing them too the floor each in the other way "Next time don't block the hallway" I snarled at the two girls and continued on my way too class.
From the corner of my eye I saw a boy in a wheelchair caught in the chaos like the rest of us, only he had it harder. I just smiled at him and rolled my eyes, everyone was trying to get through, he had the bad luck of being stuck in a wheelchair. I pushed along with the flow until I got to my class. I found my desk and sat myself down, and waited for the teacher to start and then stop talking.
The whole class time my eyes didn't leave the clock.
