Celeste Waters || 7

Celeste is tall for her age & quite slim. She has a pair of large brown eyes and her thick blond hair reaches her shoulders & encircles her diamond-shaped face. Celeste has a small mouth with puffy lips which always seem to be chapped. She also has some freckles on her cheeks and quite a bad case of acne on her forehead.

Celeste can be seen walking around District 7 in girly clothes. Her hair is often put up in a high bun. She has a few scars on her legs from climbing trees. She's able to climb trees since young & often stays up there for some peace & quiet. Celeste is also handy with axes & knives as her district provides lumber for the Capitol.

Celeste loves singing to herself when she's alone. In the afternoon, she climbs up her favourite tree & stays there for long hours, singing with the birds. She is very intelligent & is able to remember a lot things a lot of people find hard to remember. She spends many hours reading non-stop which results to her sleeping very late at night.

Celeste may seem like a shy & quiet person, but once you get to know her, she's extremely chatty and can never run out of things to talk about. However, once you get on the bad side of Celeste, she'll be very scary. She's known to be a sensitive person. She'll throw a big tantrum but most of the time she'll cool down after a little while. Celeste is very straightforward and is not afraid to voice out her own opinion. She tries hard to explain things in a way that won't hurt other people's feelings.

Celeste is a very trustworthy person. You can trust her with your secrets, and she won't utter a single word to any of her friends. But her trustworthiness often gets her hurt. The thing is, she trusts her friends too much & she ends up getting backstabbed by them. This is why Celeste likes being alone and she doesn't have any close friends at school.

Celeste was born in a family of four children. Her family isn't poor, yet they aren't rich. Being the eldest in the family, she has the responsibility of taking care of her younger siblings. She doesn't have difficulty taking care of her siblings because they are obedient & not rebellious. She respects and looks up to her parents, who are perfect role-models to Celeste and her siblings.

Celeste's mother is a housewife and she's very good at cooking. She comes up with weird recipes which turn out to be really good. Celeste's younger sister, Alyssa, likes to help her mother out in the kitchen by chopping up vegetables for her cooking. Her father cut down trees for the Capitol and isn't paid a lot. On certain days, her family only had one meal a day due to the lack of money.

In school, Celeste isn't one of the popular kids but she has a lot of friends. Unlike most of her friends who had their own little group of friends to gossip to, she jumped from group to group & wasn't the center of attention among her group. Celeste may have a lot of friends but she doesn't have any close friends whom she can confide her secrets in. She spends her free time talking to her sister, Alyssa, who's only a year younger than her.
