Phoebe Cleverwood District 2 {FINISHED!}

Appearance:
Phoebe doesn't consider herself pretty, well she try's to ignore it half the time. Not ignoring her looks but ignoring what others think about her and it doesn't have to be in looks. She isn't blonde,tall, and curvy, she's fine with being brunette and short, nothing wrong with it is there?
Phoebe is short, a bit shorter then average, it's odd because her mothers tall and so is her father. She stands around 5'3" but don't let her small size fool you, she has a hell of a lot of strength. She has muscle enough to see her abbs a bit, her weight is 133 pounds. Phoebe's hair is long and wazy going past her shoulders, it's a dark brown but in the summer it gets lighter with some blonde streeks. Her eyes are a mixture of blue,green, and grey. Mostly blue and grey but there is a hint of green. Her skin is pale not overly pale, her skin does become tanned in the summer but not much she mostly burns. She has light freckles on her nose and a bit on her cheeks which she hates, she's always hated freckles not on others but herself.
Personality:
Phoebe is more of a quiet one, only talking when needs to and she will only talk to you in two ways; Her sweet smile and soft voice or her glaring eyes and harsh tone but it depends on who's talking to her. She doesn't trust easy which to her is a great trait to have, she has to really know someone to open up and be at ease with but if she doesn't know you or like you then she is normally tense and on guard.
Maybe snappy is the right word....well she can get hurtful and mean when she wants to, the minute you tick her off she will snap and many things tick her off. When she is hurtful she usually never regrets it, the fool deserved it, it is done and through, why worry? You can't take it back? So live with it. Phoebe gets sarcastic when she is annoyed or upset, not on purpose or knowingly it just happens and she knows it can be annoying to others but she can't help it. She is also a smart person always trying to think before her actions.
Now, other then the cruel,hateful, and dangerous person she always shows herself to be, is just away to protect herself. She can love and laugh, she can have a good time and just relax but then that makes her feel vulnerable. She doesn't want to love anyone, she thinks that loves just like the Hunger Games, only one person wins. She hates the game of love and she doesn't want to be apart of it.

"Yeah, well my life isn't that fun filled. I grew up in a nice house wasn't big but nice, my dad is always out counting weapons and testing them same goes for my mom, I think its a stupid and boring job but someone has to do it. As for my little brother he's the only one in the house I like, he is 10 and fun to be around he always puts a smile on my face when I come home, Dorian is his name and he's the only person I'm really looking out for."
"Now when my parents are home they nag me about training and how I will volunteer for the Hunger Games and be proud about it even when I die. Ok so I know that pretty much half my district-no 3/4 of my district wants to be in the Hunger Games but.....I don't. Now don't get me wrong, if I got picked it wouldn't bug me the least, I have a good chance of winning. It just doesn't really appeal to me that I will most likely get slaughtered."
"I grew up with lots and lots of discipline, 'don't do this' and 'only do that' kind of life. My parents seem like they want me perfect, my dad really wants me to become the best of the best and I try but I would like to do something else instead of being who he wants me to be. I don't have many friends mostly because I don't talk much, I either have my head in a book or I'm training, have no time for friends. Yes, it would be great to have one but.....I hate people, not like a person but people. People are stupid and full of themselves, I like PIGs more then people! Its just every person I meet is either trying to put me down or bugging the hell out of me. Anyway I don't have friends, I try to be nice but the snotty girls annoy me and the cocky guys piss me off. So I try to stay away cause at some point they might loose some teeth."
"Dorian started training awhile back, I think he wants to be in the games. I don't want him to be though, if I was a guy and he got picked I would volunteer the minute his name was called but I'm not a guy....So what can I do?"
"I love training and fighting, I know its odd, I don't want to be in the Games but I love fighting. I guess its because you're trained to like it, I could kill a person in a heartbeat without a second thought. Like I said, I will go into the Hunger Games but I won't enjoy it as much as most, I will enjoy winning but thats it."
"Ever since I was little my favourite weapons have been knifes, mostly because there good for close combat and you can throw them.....well you have to know how to throw, if you want to throw them. The minute I started training thats the first thing I wanted to master and I did. I don't like swords there to big for me, I guess I can handle a axe. Its just an axe to me is some clumsy big guy walking around hitting everything, they're too out of control. I can shoot a bow but I rather a knife, yeah you can shoot people from affair but what happens when your face to face with someone who has a sword and they want to kill you? Well to me thats called screwed."
