Vivian Lee of District 10 [WIP]

Vivian is quite obviously, an albino. Unlike the mutations made by the Capitol, her's come from her own mishap of natural genetics. Her nearly white, fair hair is cut with long, side-swept bangs and shoulder-length bob. Her pearly skin doesn't ever tan in the sun, but instead just gets blotchy and red for while, then goes back to its original shade. Her eye have also been affect by her mutation, causing her light blue-grey eyes to change almost violet looking in the right lighting.

Beside the features affected by her mutations, she is what you might expect from a girl who works in a livestock nursery of ten. The special care unit to be specific. She has just enough muscles to hold still a struggling calf, but is usually gentle and calms them with her soft voice. She doesn't stand very tall; only about 5'4" with a slender frame and long limbs. She has a unique flexibility that allows her to twist in all sorts of shapes, even though she likes to keep it to herself since most don't quite approve of the "useless" talent.

On most days, she's usually wearing her work navy jumpsuit and black boots. Occasionally though, she gets a break from all the sick and needy little animals, and she switches to an easier white button up blouse and a skirt of some sort. Even though with her boots, it may look a little tacky.

It's not like any ever notices her boots though.

Despite how odd and eccentric she looks, Vivian is everything but that. Well, at least when it comes interacting with people that is. When she's around animals, especially young ones, she seems completely at home. She is kind and soft when they are scared, she is encouraging and caring when they need support or help, and she's vibrant and energetic when they wish to play. She almost has a special kind of six sense that helps her read the little signs in their expressions and movements that helps her tell what they're feeling.

But that all stops, when it comes to interacting with people. She becomes shy and reserved, most likely to back away or stay quiet around strangers or loud, boisterous people. When she does talk to people, she tries to be kind as possible and generally does what people tell her to do. Automatically, she observes people a lot, like she does for animals, and has a slight knack for guessing human emotions as well.

Some of the more "dramatic" parts of her personality include mostly her reactions to different things. When she gets embarrassed, a bright red blush covers her pale cheeks; which only makes her more embarrassed. When she gets too scared, she'll literally shake uncontrollably and curl up into a little ball. In the rare event that something gets her frustrated, she'll suddenly get very defensive and stubborn; which is almost comical in her tiny voice.
