Murder Mystery

Okay so I don't know if you know about the Murder Mystery Party, but this here is the role-play version of it. It's not a plot! D:

The details of the game are not unlike the actual party.

• 6-10 people to join
  
• 1 detective to figure out who the killer is
  
• 1 killer to kill
  
• everyone else are victims and/or suspects.
  

I played this on another forum before (ages ago), and the style we did it was, I (or another organiser) will privately notify the players to let them know what role they play. The killer can make his first move by letting one of the other players know privately that they're dead. The player will post below in whatever style, be it role-play or just a simple 'oops i'm dead'.

However, the dead player must leave a clue about who the person is. For example, it can be a play on someone's name (like for Raven the clue can be a feather falling to the ground or something, or for mine... Angie? Something. I don't know) or their avatars... I'll leave that up to you!

• Detective figures out Killer
• Killer kills everyone
• Killer kills Detective (because the Detective would then know who the killer is)
• Detective guesses the wrong person (Detective should be sure of their guess before guessing)
• Deadline is reached
