Rosita Toxin from District 11

Appearance:

Rosita has very pale skin for someone from District 11, especially since she's been outside a lot in the harsh conditions. Her height doesn't really explain a lot about her, seeing as she's so small that many people would forget her. On her right hand, there's a long scar that goes all the way to her forearm. She tends to hide this with long sleeves, but it isn't very easy to cover, since it's easy to see. In fact, her entire face lures you into an unknown feeling,even though she's very dangerous.

Rosita's face is pale, like the rest of her body, and is very bony like the rest of her body. Her cheeks are slightly chubby and always rosy red which allows her to lure the others into her trap. Her blue eyes are the color of the sea and her lips are as pink as a heart. Her eyebrows are very small, being plucked a lot, but not really minded. In her hair, you will notice that, within the auburn curls, there's actually a little scar along her scalp, just like on her hand to forearm.

Personality:

Rosita is a very mischievous girl and can never be fully trusted, which is both a blessing and a curse. Blessing since this will allow her to kill without really feeling hurt, but a curse since she won't have any allies in the Hunger Games. However, she tries to use this to an advantage to any other tribute since she's also a very elaborate planner. When coming up with plans, her mind will easily go through quick steps and possibilities, allowing her to think fast in times of need, but she cannot think fast if she's rushed. If someone pops out, she won't be able to think clearly and might make stupid mistakes that she would otherwise never make.

Before Rosita was this evil type of girl, she used to be nice and careless. However, when she decided to try and rebel, she only found out that life's not fair. She constantly replays the memories in her mind, much to her dismay, which keeps making her more insane. She's trying everything to maintain her mentality, but it just takes one large force now to make her crack into someone so stupid and careless that would get her killed.

Other than her evil personality, Rosita is also a perfectionist. All of her plans are so elaborately and accurately created that it would only make sense for her to want everything to always be right or accurate. She can't deal if the littlest detail is off. However, she isn't like this for most things. If there's a life or death situation, she wouldn't care about accuracy, unless she's using a ranged weapon, but mainly about getting the kill or being alive. However, with her perfectionist personality, she sometimes runs after having a perfect scheme due to fear of failing.

History:

Rosita used to have a wonderful life in District 11, well, at least a compatible life in District 11, since nobody there could say their life was wonderful. She grew up with two older brothers, a mother and a father. Her two older brothers wouldn't get along too well, but Rosita would get along with both fine. However, Rosita was influenced by each of them as they were giving her different aspects to the problem. Although confused, Rosita interpreted a lot of what they were saying, since they were five years older than her and she couldn't understand what they were saying.

After having the influence of both of her brothers up until the time she was 13, she thought that she was invincible, the world was her oyster. Oh how she was wrong and she would have to pay for that badly. As she was working in the field, she was slacking off a little bit because she was tired of working for three hours straight. Then, a Peacekeeper lashed her, telling her to work faster. After being lashed two more times, she grabbed onto the whip and tried to yank it out of the Peacekeepers hands, but he kept his grip. In the little time the Peacekeeper was confused, she tackled him to the ground and beat him up, both because she was tired and going insane from the lack of sleep.

Eventually, all bruised and bloody, the Peacekeeper knocked Rosita off of him before reporting the issue to the mayor. The mayor, an evil little troll, as Rosita would view him, just decided to kill her family. Rosita was stuck working overtime in the fields and, when she came home at 4 in the morning, was greeted by the images of her entire family laying around, death. Her brothers were both shot down with guns in their beds. Her mother was raped by the cruel Peacekeepers and finally tortured to death. My father, who Rosita thought had the worst death, was skinned alive.

After seeing these bodies, Rosita wanted revenge, vengeance for her family. However, as each day she grow older, she planned too precise. She was fifteen by the time she was reaped. This left her bitter, but lucky enough, someone volunteered for her, possibly because of what she's been through. Knowing that time was running out, Rosita tried to assassinate some of the Peacekeepers, but wasn't very successful from the fear of failure.
