Regina Moore - District 12

Regina (Ginny) is a short, thin girl. She is thin because she is malnourished, as with most residents of District 12. Regina has shiny blonde hair that she lets grow out, it is currently around her shoulder blades.

Ginny has dark eyes that at first scare you, but once you get to know them you are no longer appalled. Ginny's lips are thin and red and kept pursed most of the time.

Ginny is a very shy girl. She does not like to affiliate herself with other people due to this nature. Ginny would gladly take a nice quiet room with nobody else than a night out with a couple friends.

Ginny is pretty bad at school. She keeps her grades in the D range, but other than that she has excellent street smarts. She's clever and even a bit sly sometimes.

Ginny also has strong emotions. She has strong opinions and strong opinions only. She's so stubborn in fact, that she drives some of the only people she talks to crazy.

Regina has a rough family life. All she has is a mother and her mother is not a very skilled one. She has left Regina to her own devices since she was ten. Ginny can also expect to see a variety of strange men leaving her house every week.

Regina is also incredibly poor. Her mother makes the only money they get by being a prostitute. Regina is able to find plants to feed her and her mother, but once in a while she messes up and gets one of them sick. But Ginny is usually pretty good about identification.
