I'm just going to add on to Rook's answer here.

As Rook said, roleplaying here would be similar to writing a book--except you are working with at least another person. Therefore, actions will just look like any novel's text. Nothing special needs to be done, since you can just write it out.

In terms of thoughts, members have different ways to show that. Most would use italics or a color change, and some will use both. You can be creative as long as it's readable and the other person knows that it is a thought. If you want to play it safe, I would recommend using italics.
