Tall,around 5"8, with a nice career muscular build.  He carries himself tall, but its clear he is injured a bit and bruised by his own doing.  His hair is shaggy blonde and goes down past his ears in a capital like style.  His lips are the perfect shade of pink, making him look hansom and deadly.  His eyes are piercing ocean blue with a sadistic sparkle in them that can make anyone grin with knowing he is up to something, good or bad.  Around his neck he wears a piece of rose quartz his grandfather gave him before he died and it is attached to a pure silver chain.

His clothing is more on the richer side of District 2, as his family comes from a long line of wealthy workers which gives him a smirk that is on his face almost all the time.  His hands are polished and well taken care of almost as if he is pampered at home by stylists 24/7.  Around his neck is a small scar he received in an accident when he was 3 and is shaped like a bullet wound.  It's on the left lower side and looks red and infected still, but he claims it as a right of passage. He has other scars on his back from falls and trips, but they never show and don't look as bad as the one on his neck.






Personality:
 Topher is a bit of a well known klutz in District 2.  Growing up he has had more injuries than most kids that enter the hunger games and die.  He takes it in stride, never showing that it bothers him that every step he takes could be his last in a way.  When he was 3 years old, Topher fell onto the necklace he had around his neck, puncturing his neck open leaving the nasty scar he had.  To this day he will swear it was from training at school.  Three times he has broken his arm, twice his left leg, and part of his right hand doesn't work right from all his injuries.  

Topher took on the name Topher because of his dad and grandfather being named Christopher and wanted to be different.  His ability to stand on two feet was enough to set him apart, but he had to be different and anyone who calls him by his full name gets a beating as best he can do with his uncoordinated stigma.   Despite all of this, he is a basic free spirit when he's alone.  He can be known to be seen hanging from a tree branch by one arm eating an apple when alone, as if testing his boundaries on what he can and cant do in getting hurt.  Most of the time it's also to show off for girls, but he usually ends up falling down and hurting himself more than impressing them.

With no siblings, he takes the spoils of being an only child to heart and lets life go as it is.  Although he never really plans on entering the hunger games, he trains daily like most of the kids in 2 to make his parents proud.  He is actually terrified of the games, and hates watching it every year.  He has dreams of himself falling off the chariot or the pedestal and dying before even killing.  The thought of killing makes him sick to his stomach, but he never shows it when kids talk about it.  He tries to keep a bully like persona, but many can read right through it.





History:
 Chris"topher" Lonestar was born to two very wealthy parents.  His father is a a top worker in District 2 and well known to do his job to the fullest.  When he was little he looked up to his dad, wanting to follow in his place until his grandfather died and gave him his necklace.  Growing up was not easy for Topher as he had what doctors called a small problem in his brain. Although they really aren't sure, they just said it to assure his parents he wasn't going to die from it.  He was a klutz for the better word of it, and often tripped over his own two feet.  Doctors couldn't figure out why so they just said he had a defect to answer the concerns, but still his parents hired people to patch him up and send him on his way and watch him daily for injuries.

Growing up, he was bullied until he reached the age of 10 and began to train like most kids, and suddenly he realized he had strength to fight back despite it hurting him more than the others.  But it did earn him respect.  He began to build up his strength along with more scars as he aged, mostly broken bones and nothing as bad as the near death he had with his necklace injury.  His mother never really told him much about her brother who was in a hunger games years ago for the fact she never wanted to really scare him on how nasty the fights could be.

His dead uncle was a career who was double crossed in a very early hunger games.  He was held down by the D1 girl in the game and had both eyes gouged out, tongue chopped off, and fingers broken before he was thrown to the D1 boy that wanted him dead for flirting with the D1 girl.  It was one of the more brutal deaths that his parents have watched and since then, they don't pay much attention to the games when they air, only pretend to.  Topher barely knows about any of it and just followed the flow, and still wants to be like his father when he turns 18, but instead he wants to be a peacekeeper.  He wants to be ruthless and determined to keep Panem safe like it should be, to show he can be more then someone who trips on his own two feet.
