I got a new question... I bought a pike already... Can RHCP use it in the games, and if not is there a way to get him one?

And can I create a new Character in 10, then have them swap for RHCP?

The only thing he can use is things his sponsor gave him. No, you can't have him swap. The only people who can volunteer are the ones that were originally registered for the Reaping.

The Capitol people would take it away from him before letting him into the Arena. He may be able to pick one up at the Cornucopia, but that puts him at risk because you're throwing him into the bloodbath.

Unfortunately, only characters who were registered for the Reaping can volunteer, so no. You can try to convince someone else to volunteer, though.

Ya, I volunteered. But my character was created before the Reaping, meaning that they could've been picked before hand. This is to stop people from making a second character to die in place of one of theirs. That wouldn't be fair.
