Storm Vosque [District 12]

Storm is a 12 year old girl who is only just able to be entered in the hunger games. She has long, dark, chestnut brown hair, with golden eyes, a slim figure and fair facial features. She wears casual clothing as much as possible and hates fancy clothing.  She isn't very strong, but extremely agile. She has a 'tattoo' (or should I say a scar) of a cat that she herself cut into her arm with a scalpel from her house as a child. Storm is a fast sprinter, with quick hands but her flaw is her weakness. Being as slim as she is she is light-footed, and used to spy in her district without anyone noticing. She has a silver tongue, but does not intimidate people at all. She would be almost helpless of trapped into a melee fight with no means of dodging or countering, but can escape quite easily, depending on the foe. She has brilliant agility, as previously mentioned, so could easily dodge anything thrown at her, whether it be a punch, or a throwing knife. In summary, she is agile, quick, clever, but extremely weak.
Storm has always been a kind person, and could never harm anyone for no reason, a disadvantage in the hunger games. But if somebody gives her a reason to hurt them, she will. If angered by someone, her skills are highly increased but she will not leave them be until she has had some form of revenge, this in its self having flaws. She is not vain, and doesn't think herself beautiful, or think herself ugly. She will always give someone some help, even if it means risking punishment, but not death. She was brought up to be able to detect ANY liar, except if she has become best friends with someone before the hunger games, possibly someone in her district, or anyone she could have possibly met for a long enough period of time BEFORE the hunger games.
Storm has her mother's personality, but her father's looks and skills, even though she despises him as he tried to kill her once for food. He left and became a wanderer, but since Storm and her mother reported it to the capitol, the capitol decided there was no need for them to be punished for Storm's father's crime. Storm always felt that she was alone, as her mother had gone partially insane from the problems with Storm's dad. Storm had nightmares as a child, of going to a dark and corrupted world, full of monsters, this made Storm able to cope, as when she grew older she was able to control what she did in the dreams. Storm started to spy on people from the age of 6, and was able to pick-pocket at the age of 9. She never got caught pick-pocketing, but her first time spying she got caught by an elderly member of the district, who just laughed and let her go, but she learned from her mistake. Storm despises the capitol, and wants nothing more than to enter the hunger games so she can somehow make them shameful for what they've done without commiting crime, even if it is only slightly. She may be a nice person, but when it comes to revenge, she is a brutal killer, due to her horrid night-mares. She could torture a person without even blinking, but only for the sake of revenge. She is determined to win, and will do WHATEVER it takes- for the sake of revenge on the people who send the tributes into that arena in the first place.
