Death By Any Other Name Is Just As Sweet {ELLA}

WORDS: 295 NAME: Finn O' Brian AGE: Sixteen  NOTES: whoosh well you only need the light, when its burning low only miss the sun when it starts to snow only know you love her when you let her go and you let her go Sometimes you never intend to do things they just... happen, you know? Everything's unpredictable and unstoppable. That's just how life is sometimes. Or, actually, all the time. What'd be the fun in our lives if everything that happened we just... predicted? It would be terrible and boring. Although, some people would like that. Maybe the Capitol city. They want the games to be predictable. Never a step, no matter how minuscule and unnoticeable, out of place.  I wander around the beach, pure white sand pushing itself through my toes. The bright yellow sun reaches out towards me and everybody else, warming me up. Without the sun, I may as well be a blue body with no arms and legs. The saltiness of the ocean goes up through my nostrils as I scan my surroundings. Not many people are there. There are a few people fishing, as always, and then somebody just lying on the beach. He's obviously never been here before. Who lies down on the sand? Somebody could just step on you, or a crab could bite your finger off or something. Also, it's kind of uncomfortable in my opinion. The sand scratching your back, sometimes even leaving marks. Your feet really wet with dark brown, itchy, poopy sand sticking to them. Now, maybe some people like those feelings, but I don't. Never. Something about him catches my eye, though. He seems like one of those dumb careers. Okay, I know everybody says I'm a dumb career, still though, he seems even dumber. Just sitting there. Or, lying down there. I reach my hairy hand into the salty, green water and immediately pull it back. I don't see how he can stand the freezing water rushing over him like that, but whatever, he's not my problem.
