Appearance: Anthony has really really dark brown hair it is a little bit on the lengthy side it covers most of his ears. He has pale blue eyes and light skin as well. He does live in district four so he wears nice clothes and always dresses as nicely as he can. For a dweller of district four he is on the tall side for his age being only 16 standing at 5''10. He is at a weight of 140lbs so he is skinny.

He really doesn't have many muscles he is always smirking. His skin never has blemishes he wears glasses as well. Without his glasses he can still see blurs but not full pictures he can't recognize faces. He always looks smart people attribute this to his glasses. Now back to his hair it is very wavy and flowing it is shiny but not greasy. One more thing he is really well proportioned his head is the right size for his head.

Personality: Anthony is generally a nice guy he is always friendly helping people move and other things. Anthony is very smart as well he is great in every subject of school. He never is a complaining about anything at all always looking on the bright side. He is also a very sociable he isn't ever shy about anything he will talk to anyone who speaks to him. His worst fear is being reaped which is odd for a career tribute yet that is his fear.

The other side of Anthony is that he is very tricky he can use his wit and his charm to get people to do what he wants. He can make people think things are good ideas. His smarts allow him to think up random ideas that work out "most of the time". Anthony also has a good sense of direction his mother is constantly getting lost and he has to show her were to go. He learned this from his dad when he was a boy.

Anthony has never gotten into any trouble with peacekeepers he is a most law abiding person. He does sometimes have some rage that consumes him it takes him over. This only really happens when he is at school and someone is picking on one of his friends. Anger is Anthony's greatest strength at times but also his greatest downfall. So to put Anthony into a few words he is nice and friendly has a fear of the reaping but is also dark and tricky and can get really angry.

History: As a boy Anthony learned to ride a bike from his Dad. His Dad taught him to read maps and have a good sense off directions. But what his Dad didn't teach him was how to fight he learned that from his mother who is actually a strong woman. She can still beat up Anthony she used to train for the reaping but never got her chance to volunteer as tribute she was going to when she turned 18 but things changed when she got pregnant with Anthony.

Anthony's father Ellis Harbor died in a fishing accident off shore him and his buddy got it a tiff and his buddy ended up pushing him off the boat. This would have been all fun and what not had Ellis not hit his head on when he fell and not swam back up. By the time his buddy found him he was long gone and sleeping with the fishes. Anthony now is the family head he works part-time at a shop in town that his father used to work at. I guess the owner felt bad for him and could use a strong kid to lift heavy boxes of fish in and out of the store.

Anthony has a little sister named Lily and besides that is the only son. He feels the need to carry on the family name of Harbor to his children in the future. His mother Maria wants Anthony to volunteer when he is 18 he doesn't know how to break it to her that he doesn't want to. He thinks that he will just say mom I want to carry on the family name for Dad or something to that effect. Besides that Anthony really is normal he just has to in his mind be a good man like his father was.
