Hi everyone! If you don't already know, I won the Games with Colgate! I'm so so excited to RP with everyone, and a huge part of that is the fact that he's got a big family, and they're beyond important to him. They're everything he's got, and it would be a shame if I just let the seven of them (five siblings, two parents) go to waste as NPCs when we can share the love. Plus, if you want one of the family members, there's a lot of freedom to make them however you want! I only have a few nitpicky details:

- He has two sisters, three brothers, and his parents are still alive and kicking
- His youngest sister's name is Hannah and she's 12 years old. She's tall and dark-haired.
- Colgate is the oldest sibling
- His parents:
Mom met Dad hunting in the woods. Dad accidentally shot Mom in the arm with an arrow.
(i.e. if their parents aren't still madly in love, I'm judging you.)
- I'll give one of you bonus points for naming one of the male characters Rembrandt. (Probably the father, though I can maaaybe be persuaded for the others.)
- More bonus points if any of you use any other toothpaste brands for their first names (that have to sound like they could be names, mind you.)
- No, not Oral B.
- They've been poor their entire lives.
- They live(d) in a tiny, tiny, tiny house.
- Back when District Nine was a hunting District, they hunted and spent a lot of time out in the woods. Some of the older siblings will have learned a bit about hunting before the industry changed. (Colgate might teach some of the young'uns about this as a 'fuck you' to the Capitol now that they love him.)
- For obvious reasons, I need to specify ages for the siblings:
- Hannah, 12
- Older sister, 15
~~- Youngest brother, 10~~
- Younger brother, 13
- Oldest brother, 16

The parents are also up for grabs as well, though I'm not picky about their ages. ^^

Note that they'll have to age every Games, so upon the next Reaping (67th) they'll be a year older than what's listed above.

Idea for a character's name: Melanie Binaca O'Leary (um no I'm srry but Melanie is not a toothpaste brand but Binaca is even though she hates it and stuff)
Which character you want (gender/age): 15 year old sister

Description of character:

Melanie has always been the prettier girl. The one that people tend to think is 'perfect.' She's vulnerable though. The first hateful words that come out of people's mouths will break her for the day. It doesn't matter how many other people give her compliments, she shuts them out, running outside because there's nowhere inside the house to be alone. She'll sit there until sleep comes her way, and then by morning her short-term memory will have forgotten about the mean comments. That is, until she gets more of them.

Melanie could spend hours in front of the mirror, pointing out all the tiny flaws that no one else could spot except her. She's her biggest hater, after all. She'll brush out her long, dark brown hair until it's perfect in her chocolate eyes. But perfect for her is impossible. Melanie feels like she's always too fat (despite her stick thin figure, almost like the stick figures that you might've drawn), always needing to lose a few more pounds. Her hair is too messy (even when she's brushed it for hours), or that her nose is too big. When food is presented to her, she'll refuse and state that she'd eat more once she became skinny again. They all frown and attempt to persuade, but Melanie's foot stays planted. She needs to be perfect just like everyone says she is.

Outside is like her second home. Mainly because there usually aren't many people around who always expect her to be 'perfect.' Everything outside doesn't think so. She can have dirt under her fingernails and hair like a rats nest, and nobody would see. But before leaving, she has to comb out her hair and pull out all the grime from her nails. No one can see that she isn't perfect, because that's what she is supposed to be, after all. It's what everyone expects of Binaca Melanie O'Leary.

Thread/plot ideas:

Alrighty. I feel like she'd be kinda mad about Soap going into the Games, even if it wasn't his fault. Think of something along the lines of "I should've gone to the Games not you. You're too special and stuff I'm just a worthless piece of junk." But with everyone else, I think she'd get along with them for the most part. And I don't think she'd be a fan of the move from the house to Victor's Village and she'd just complain but would really like the house in general.

Anything else: O'leary plot sorry I was tempted k? SoAP was awesome and y'know. I had to have a part in this awesomeness.

Description of character: She has always been a small and feeble young girl. Currently she is about five foot three inches tall and about ninety pounds. Her hair is cut short and jagged since her family has never been able to afford a real hair barber. That is also the reason her clothes are worn and dirty as if she never changes them, probably cause she doesn't. She has always loved and looked up to her siblings especially Colgate. When he got reaped it destroyed her she must have cried the whole time even when he won since they were tears of joy. She is also a very kind and very excitable young girl so she loves whenever she can get something new.
Thread/plot ideas: Alright so Colgate has just one and her family has told her about the new life they will have now. However, she isn't very excited instead she is nervous scared that is will change the way their family is now. All she has ever known is a family brought together by extreme proverty but now they are wealthy she doesn't know what to think. She is also scared to see how much Colgate has changed after killing other people and she just wants her same old brother back.

Description of character:

Hannah has always been awkward because of her size, and for the most part she keeps to herself. Very quiet and timid, she doesn't have many friends at school and prefers to eat lunch alone. She always pays close attention though, noticing small things that others do not, your typical wallflower. She's eager to learn more about others, her eyes always wide open to take as much in as possible, of course she doesn't really tell anyone about the things she discovers, except maybe Colgate. He is the only person who breaks her out of her shell. He's her best friend and she only opens up to him, she literally tells him everything. And most of the time she won't stop talking when they're together. She becomes almost outgoing when he's around, as if she's a different person. He is like her life support. If anyone asks her who her role model is, she'd say his name without any hesitation, she believes that he could do no wrong. A sweet and innocent girl who sees no evil in the world. She views everything from a child's point of view, and believes that everyone is good deep down inside. That is until she had to watch her brother in the Hunger Games. Even though her parents refused to let her watch most of it, it changed her perspective of the world, making her close herself off from others even more. She's become more quiet, and refuses to trust anyone now. There are times when people even think she's mute, because of how little she talks. After all, how can you trust someone when the person you trusted the most, did something you would never think they were capable of?

Thread/plot ideas:

So Colgate is back and of course they'd have to have a reunion thread! She doesn't trust him at all and thinks that he is a completely different person now, that he left him old self inside the arena. I also think that it'd be funny if she tried to like punch him a couple times, just because you know she's 12... and he's 18... Anyway, she'd obviously be super mad at him for leaving her and the 'Why would you ever do that?' lines would come out. Eventually she's understand that he did it to better the family, but their relationship could still be strained for a little. Also, Id feel like she'd almost never spend anytime in the new house because it's not what she's use to and doesn't like change, spending most of her time outside instead, where she is use to seeing what's out there. I also feel like her other siblings, besides Colgate of course, would pick on her a lot, just for her kind nature. And of course being the quiet girl she is, she would take it without saying anything at all. Ooo! I think it would be fun if one time they were all picking on her and then Colgate came in and yelled at them all, buttt he didn't realize how scary he was being so she could be like terrified of him for a while until he coaxes her out of it and shows her he's still the same. And then smelly hugs because all is forgiven. Yaaaaay!

Promise O'Leary (~~Yes, that is a brand of toothpaste... in India. ^_~~~)

Male/ Age 10

Description of character:
Promise idolizes his eldest brother, always has, especially now that he's won the games. He refused to cry when Colgate was reaped, stubbornly determined that his brother would come back. He refused to even consider any other alternative. Now that Colgate has returned, however, Promise has been quite distant, not sure how to approach his older brother now that he's seen that side of him. He's not afraid, exactly. It's just that now he wants to be like him more than ever - strong and brave.

Promise is very thin with long limbs and knobby joints from growth spurts during which his body didn't have enough food to fully sustain itself. He has his father's unremarkable brown hair and his mother's piercing light grey eyes. His skin is pale, though he spends much of his time outdoors. He can often be seen sporting bruises or black eyes from fighting with anyone who insults him or his family. He's smaller than most his own age, but he's scrappy and he can be fierce when he's angry.

His clothes are - like Colgate's - often grungy and in need of a little soap. Luckily for Promise, he has two older brothers so his clothes are rarely too small. They are, however, often quite large on his lanky body, causing him to swim in the fabric, something for which he is constantly teased at school. With the money with which Colgate was rewarded for surviving the games, Promise is likely to get up to weight in no time.

Thread/plot ideas:
I really think Promise would love learning to hunt or possibly to fine tune his hand-to-hand combat skills. Really, he'd love doing anything that meant spending time with Colgate, but the hunting would be like their little secret, which would make it so much better for him as the youngest brother. I imagine Promise really will enjoy the food, as well, when it comes to the upcoming family meals.

I'm really open to any plots you have in mind; these were just the first I thought of. ^-^

Really, I'm open to more plots and ideas.

Anything else: I've never done one of these with so little information before... I hope it's alright. ^-^

Idea(s) for a character's name: Marvis "Marbles" O' Leary
Which character you want (gender/age): Brother, age 10, or the 13 year old maybe but I would really prefer mister 10 year old
Description of character: Ok so, Marbles got his nickname how you'd expect. He would always play marbles for bets in hopes that he could win some money for food. At first he was really terrible and would get in all sorts of trouble for not paying up. Namely the other boys would beat him up. He was always coming home with a cut lip or a black eye or a bloody knee or something. His family got really protective of him since he was the youngest, but this just made him kind of mad because he's the real self-survival type. He doesn't take shit from nobody. Part of the reason he was so beat up is because he would start the fights the minute the suckers asked him to pay. Eventually he got an older guy to help him out and now he's getting a lot better at the game. He brings home a tiny bit of cash from time to time, but mainly he plays for food, which he tends to give to the younger of the siblings. Marbles really cares about the family, even if he doesn't like accepting help himself. I can see him growing up and being overly protective of his sisters, even though he is the youngest.

His violent streak is only getting worse now that his brother volunteered and won the games. While he's glad that this means they'll have some security now, he is upset it was not him that brought said security. He doesn't like being taken care of, and I feel like he would feel his family's attempts to coddle him to be too much and he'd do anything to shake them off of himself. I think inwardly he would be very happy that his sisters are well fed and what not, but he may be a little sassy to Soap. I can see him being a real potty mouth as he gets older. Kind of opposite of Soap's more childlike behavior. He tries to walk the walk and he wants to prove himself as somebody who can do it, but he still is young and inexperienced. The fact that Soap is the type to blow bubbles in the arena yet still get a training score of twelve and win makes him immensely jealous. Still underneath his little rough-and-tough exterior I could see him really caring about Soap.

Even though the family suddenly has all this wealth and comfort, Marbles probably wouldn't bathe all that much. He doesn't like the idea of being clean, especially since he was raised on the dirt and grime of the shanties. He would struggle to eat, insisting that everything go to his sisters. He wouldn't wash because it would mean not fitting into the marble crowd anymore. Instead of spending that money on food, he would probably invest in small things that could help him survive if he ever felt the need to leave the house. He hasn't really thought any of this through quite yet, seeing as he's so young, but I do see him feeling a little isolated in the shadows of his brother. His pride came out quite early in life.

Maybe he'd want to go into the games someday, just to prove that he could do it too. Maybe not. I doubt he would tell anyone, minus maybe one of his sisters or the boys in the streets this secret. He just wants to show the world that he can be as good as Soap.

For the name thing, I think he will refuse to respond to anything but Marbles. Think of "Armpit" from the book/movie Holes. If anyone ever calls him anything else, especially "Marvis" or "Colgate's brother" he would likely shove them over, spit on the ground next to them, and drawl, "The name be Marbles, got it?" There would be no hesitation in starting a fight if it protected his identity. He doesn't like being the victors brother all that much.
Thread/plot ideas: Um well anything with the other impoverished people of the district of course. Also it'd be fun to see him interact with Soap now that he's won. I think Marbles really doesn't understand how horrible the games were and would be kind of mad/rude at his brother. At the same time he would be struggling to communicate his gratitude about saving the family. I could see them having a really hot/cold relationship most of the time.

He would be really protective of his sisters and treat them like princesses. Maybe even throw in some subtle jabs about everything he did for them while Soap was gone, but mainly I could see him just trying his hardest to make life better for them, regardless of how they may treat him. He just really cares about them with all his might and would never want to see them die or go into the games or get hurt in any way. If anyone ever messes them... heck, if they start dating even, he would get really mad and go yell at some poor sucker, maybe throw a few punches. Nobody messes with his sisters and gets away with it.

He'd be really angry at anyone in the district who thought it okay to call him the victors brother or ask him what life was like now that soap brought them out of poverty. I can see him being rude and kind of uprooting the family reputation a little bit. He's a real troublemaker, that's for sure.

His parents would probably get fed up with him after a while. I can see them trying to prevent him from going back to the streets, but he wouldn't listen. He'd probably be a silly derp to them, and say some rude things. Soap could also get angry at him for this too, maybe? I don't know, how do you think Soap might interact with him? I still think they would break down though and have some heart-to-heart, brother-to-brother sometimes. Underneath it all, Marbles truly is a softie. He just puts up this real rough exterior to get what he wants and to feel like he doesn't need to rely on anybody. He's a real independent.

Besides from that, I am really up for anything. It would be loads of fun to be in the family ~~plus i'm looking for a d9m~~ and he would really grow during this time. I can see him eventually growing confident enough in himself to respect Soap and to treat him as an equal, rather than inferior or superior or anything. It would just take some time for him to get there.

Idea(s) for a character's name: Platius O'Leary (Yea, it's is a toothpaste brand)

Which character you want (gender/age): The 13 year old boy.

Description of character: I'm thinking Platius (pronounced, plah-tee-us) could be a kid who's often called names and bullied at school -a bit like Colgate was at the factories?- and because of it it really does get to him. Before the games he was often belittled, hit laughed at, called names such as ugly, freak, lanky (I figure tallness is a genetic thing all the O'Leary's have) and because of it he dreads going outside because he was scared of being bullied and hurt even more. He's often insecure about himself and thinks he won't amount to anything. Combine this with being poor, living in a tiny, tiny house and barely getting any food you get a sad, depressed kid.

After Colgate volunteered and won the games his mood lightened up a little bit. He still has no friends outside of his family (his family counts right?) and is still called names which makes him feel like nothing but at least he's not poor any more, he feels like he has a bigger sense of freedom in the new O'Leary house. I think due to the fact Colgate won the games, killed all the monsters (other tributes) and brought money, food and stuff would think of him as a super hero. His brother is actually a super hero! And whenever someone makes fun of him he could say stuff like 'Don't mess with me, my brother's a super hero.' Which would lead to them laughing at him which would annoy him and make him upset.

Obviously he's quite naive and tries to keep a positive outlook on life but it's just difficult with everyone making fun of him at school, hence why he doesn't like to go outside much and just hang out with his family at home. Around his family he actually feels like he belongs, he feels welcomed. After all, he has a superhero in his family, why wouldn't he feel happy about that? However, outside he feels like an outcast. He has never shared how he feels with his family however because he doesn't want them to think he's a loser. He feels like no one can help him, not even his super hero brother.

He's not a violent person, hence why he never tries to fight back but he really wants a way to escape but he just doesn't know how to. He'd never run away because he loves hi family very much and he thinks his super hero brother will protect him. Living in a bigger house has changed him, he smiles just that little bit more and he's no longer starving. However, his school life simply puts a damper in his mood most of the time and can be found crying in his room.

Thread/plot ideas: So I was thinking after Colgate finds out about this bullying and starts giving Platius advice. Chin up and all that kind of stuff. And maybe at some point he confronts the bullies? ~~Or more like 'politely' tells them to leave his brother alone.~~ I feel like this will reinforce Platius' views on seeing Colgate as an awesome super hero, thus making him look up to Colgate and building not only a brother-brother relationship but also a bit of a mentor-student relationship where Colgate tells Platius stuff about chin up and just taking the teasing like how he did it at the factory. ~~I feel like this is too thought out lol~~.

Anything else:I already have an FC ready, looks like Colgate and everything.

Blurb 1 (in a therapist's office):

"I shine with bright blond hair and I bask in awesomeness. Well, at least that's my perfect world. In this world I have dark brown hair and I am one of the least popular kids at school. Despite my name I don't seem to shine in any way, and I online have one talent, Cooking. I suppose that's useful and all but is that going to get anyone to notice me? One day in class we were studying old brands of toothpaste -God knows why- and turns out Gleem is the name of a brand of really, really old toothpaste. I got teased about it at school. Well, at least for once they noticed me!" The psychiatrist nodded and said, "Hmm, go on." Gleem looked at him in disgust. "And my parents say that everything annoys me and it does. I mean, what's the purpose of anything? Now they're sending me to YOU, a therapist because they think I'm going crazy." The psychiatrist looked at her and said in a bored tone as if he got this a lot, "Look, you aren't cra-" "And when I get angry and feel like my heads splitting from everything annoying me they don't do anything!" The psychiatrist leaned back into his chair, seemingly annoyed at being cut off in mid sentence. "I'm not crazy. Am I?"

Blurb 2 (in general):

Zirodent is quick and easy to please. In return he likes to please as well. Colgate was his idol despite the fact that he smelled weird. Zirodent was always kind of hyper in the way that he just can't stop moving or talking or anything. He has an unhealthy addiction to anything sweet he can get his hands on, which isn't much because District Nine is not the wealthiest district so he only had one piece of chocolate in his life. He loved it so much he made a life's promise to himself that one day he will be rich and powerful just so he could save the poor chocolate from the evil Capitolites to eat them all himself because in his make believe world all chocolate wants to be eaten by him!!! He actually likes to drift off into his daydream world's quite often because anywhere is better than here.
Thread/plot ideas:
Glee: Crazy, unpopular teenager who loves to talk and tries to keep talking. She kind of wishes she went into the Hunger games like Colgate but instead of winning she wished she would die because everything annoys her and she thinks everything is out to get her so why not just end it?

Zirodent: I imagined he would be like a puppy to Colgate. He always would be there by Colgate's side asking if he wants anything because Colgate is his idol.

Idea(s) for a character's name: Scope "Zing Leer" O'Leary
Which character you want (gender/age): Male, age 16 (17 for the 67th)

Description of character:
Where Colgate was more shy and bumbling, Scope has a stronger personality. He was always ready to put up a stand for himself or for anyone in his family, the trait had gotten him into more than a few scraps at school and by now the teachers merely rolled their eyes and sent him home. It got worse as Soap went further into the Games, his fists coming out more and more often to the point where he came to school just to fight. He would come home cut and bloodied but satiated for the moment, ignoring any attempts his parents made to scold or attend to him. Not even the pleading of Hannah could keep him from going right back at it the next day. He was almost always victorious, the more desperate fighter with more experience which gave him the edge every time.

He looked up to Soap but he also never stops competing with him - even if the competition is just within his own head. The most minor things would set him challenging if he was better able to do it than Soap. Too often he felt overshadowed by him and desperately wanted to prove himself. People liked Soap so much better than him, except the kids who liked to watch him fight. He built up a reputation for himself and his quick-to-anger personality earned him the nickname of "Zing Leer".

When Soap was gone for the Games he tried to uphold his elder brother's position at home but with limited success. It felt too much like he was trying to replace him and that repulsed even Scope. Somewhere in his heart, for all he denied it, he wondered if he would be able to fill the void Soap would leave if he died. Somehow it didn't feel like he could. Instead, he would hold out and defend Soap to anyone who claimed he couldn't come back to them.

It turns out he was right, he did come back.

When Soap cut down the little girl from five Scope went out into the woods and hid and cried. He cried for the fact that his brother was going to live, and he cried for every doubt he had had.

Thread/plot ideas: Soap and Scope could have an argument about his fighting and his wish to go into the arena. As well, Scope could have won money for the family by fighting and will continue with it even though they don't need it.

Description of character:

She lives in her own world, an artist by her own right. Her best feature is the vacant smile pressed upon pale lips. At least, that is what she'll tell you. Even before Colgate was reaped, when they struggled to make ends meet, and life was not a right, but a luxury, Promise never had much confidence. Convinced that the best thing about her were her looks, even when "looks" consisted of long dark hair and the body of a starving woman. She wasn't smart, kind, or compassionate. At least not in the eyes of her greatest critic, herself. She may have great vision, but when looking in the mirror she's blind. Hours are spent looking at her reflection, no matter the smudges or grime which form a layer over it's surface. Desperation to have control over a world in which she has none. She goes out of her way to appear kind and joyful, her own way of making up for the "ugly" which she can only see.

When Colgate was reaped,her vanity only worsened. Convinced of her upcoming death, and petrified at the prospect of watching his death, she did her best not to think at all. Brushing hair which rapidly falls out in chunks. Constantly comparing herself to others whom she deemed "prettier". As much as she'd like to convince herself that she only cares for others. That her hatred of herself pushes her love toward others, it's simply not true. She cares for herself, for the happiness she yearns for, and deep down thinks she deserves. In the end, even subconsciously, her own needs will be put in front of others. A close second, the needs of her family.

She berated herself for being useless. Unable to make the money her family so desperately neede. Often comparing herself to a leech, taking from others what should have been theirs, all for the sake of her own survival. As true as this may be, the confident front she puts forward rarely breaks. Her struggle is not one shared with others who share even the most intimate of connections. She is alone in her own mind.

Still in shock from colgate's victory she is unsure whether or not to be proud or ashamed of her brother. While he returned, saving his life and theirs , he is now a murderer. He has killed, and Promise doesn't like it. She's a great opposer to violence and often clashes with her more hot headed siblings. She'll always love him, that's for sure, but there is something about him which she can now, never forget. Perhaps it would be different if he had died, and in turn, so did she. But now that she is guaranteed a nice life, she can't help but question what got her there.

Thread/plot ideas:

I really want to see her clash with other siblings/question their morals as she has very strong ones of her own. She's a very hypocritical character and I'd love to see her get called out on that. Perhaps even addressing her own inner demons as she deals with her conflicts about Soap's victory. I could see threads between them, asking him how he deals with what happened. Y'know, bringing up old feels. Someone who wouldn't idolize Soap, even if he saved her life. All the same loving him and her family.

Anything else: idek, like... i worked on this all day. I really hope it's alright but these are the basic things i've come up with and i adore Soap and you so <333

Idea(s) for a character's name: Hannah Ray O'Leary. (Ray is the middle name.)
Which character you want (gender/age): Hannah, female, twelve.

Description of character:

She is a phoenix, soaring high in cerulean skies. Her beautiful feathers burst into flames every few years. The flames dance on her feathers until they destroy her plumage, reducing it to gray powder. (All beautiful things will go down in flames.) Then they move onto the skin, and after the flames have devoured her skin, they reach deeper, going straight down to the bone. The flames don't stop until she's gone. From the ashes, she rises, reborn as a "new" being.

Cruel children that spew a flood of bitter words from their mouths act as the flames, eating Hannah alive. Her persona is the burning phoenix. The ashes are her sadness, but the rebirth is Hannah reinventing the way she publicly displays herself. The only part of Hannah that remains the same after she burns is her heart, where the true Hannah O'Leary lies.

Like a snake, she sheds her skin and takes on a new one. But Hannah can hardly be compared to a snake. They are cold, calculating, aggressive, and silent. Hannah (the true Hannah, the Hannah underneath her current skin) is a boisterous child, wandering the world with an open mind and heart, yelling silly, childish things at the top of her lungs. She never thinks before she acts, which has landed Hannah waist-deep in trouble many times before. Whatever strange idea or absurd opinion pops into her brain escapes her mouth. (Hannah may as well be holding a megaphone 24/7.)

She is a glass trinket, useless (as she has been told by her bullies) and breakable. Every time she tries to be someone new, there is always a group of people who don't like her. Hannah aims to please everyone and make everyone love her, but she still doesn't understand that there will always be at least one person who doesn't adore her. She wants to morph into someone that is impossible to hate.

She is sugar and spice, but not always everything nice. Hannah has a raging attitude and a short temper. Hannah has learned to keep her temper under control, but like any other human, she slips up. There is sass and sarcasm woven into her words when she throws her rare tantrums, but there is no crying or screaming. There is only a river if bitter words and clenched fists that will never collide with skin.

There have been many Hannah O'Learys, but only one is the true, one and only Hannah O'Leary. Hannah O'Leary is the girl with the big mouth and ludicrous ideas, the girl who loves her family more than anything. In her house, Hannah immediately sheds whatever skin she wears at that moment, but she stores it for the next day. She is skinless around her family. She is bare - she is just Hannah O'Leary, the girl with the big mouth and ludicrous ideas.

Thread/plot ideas:

She's going to love her family more than anything in the world. I would like to do lots of threads with not only Soap, but Hannah's other family as well. Hannah will most likely reinvent herself again now that she is wealthy after living her whole life in poverty. The attention will be overwhelming to her at first, but she'll manage to get used to it (this goes along with Hannah's reinvention). I would really like a nice family reunion thread, or just a Hannah & Soap reunion. Either is fine. Family bonding threads would be nice, too.

Anything else: I love love love love love Soap! <333 And I have a perfect face claim for Hannah if I get the privilege of playing her. Sorry if this is a little all over the place. I was writing this on a word document and then I accidentally clicked the exit button. x3

Hey guys! Because a lot of people have already applied for the 10 yr/old boy, I figured it's a good a time as any to say that I've decided that Meghan will get the character for Marvis "Marbles" O'Leary! Thanks to those who applied for that spot. Feel free to apply for any others - I wanted to announce this one early to give you guys time to apply for another character, if you want.

Speaking of time! I get off of school in about two weeks from now, and I want to really hit the ground running with some of these threads, so I'm going to say that the deadline to apply is next Monday, the 28th. If you have a WIP app or you haven't posted one yet and you want to, make sure to get it done before then.
