Appearance
Travis originates from a very wealthy family within district 10. So do to this extensive wealth he wears fine brown leather clothing. However, besides these things he does have some flares of his own personality of course. They are the whip he always carries around with him and claims its to deal with the livestock, but it really isn't. His last flare is the red bandanna he always wears around his head. He isn't sure why he wears it but he believes it to be his symbol the mark to remember him by.
As for his physical body appearance lets start with the basics. His current height is approximately 5'11 and he weighs just about 140 pounds. Now going further into his features, he has long very soft dirty blond hair that he must constantly move out of the view of his green eyes. His skin is a very finely tanned golden with freckles in abundance everywhere especially his cheeks. As for muscles they are slightly developed but not very well since he doesn't work with animals directly. Last of all is his most recognizable and shocking feature. On his right arm he has 66 pairs of two very small letters branded onto his arm. The initials represent every single person from district ten who has gone into the games, and more likely than not haven't returned. Then as special honors to the victors he brands small stars next to their initials as well. His parents and family are quite baffled by why he does this and when they ask him he just answers, this is nothing compared to the pains they all have had to face.

Personality
Travis' personality is one of pure valor and good intentions. Travis doesn't have a single malice or cruel bone within his body, however, if you go after someone he loves he won't hesitate to take you down or die trying. Travis is a very brave and resistant young man. By resistant I mean rebellious, he hates the Capitol with a burning fury that can very rarely be matched. He has been arrested by peace keepers on many occasions for defying Capitol law and order. However, his parents always bribe the peace keepers to let him go with a warning and they oblige.
Besides the rebellious side of Travis he also has a very deep concerned and loving side as well. However, this side only extends to those close to him like his family. In fact, he is almost overly obsessed with his siblings. He is always making sure that they are staying out of trouble unlike himself. Being the oldest he tries to be the best role model he can be for them all. However, due to the fact he is constantly running amuck with peace keepers he feels as if he is letting them down. In truth, he even feels that his two younger twin siblings hate him. Luckily though his fifteen year old sister is always there to console him when he needs someone. Since they are so close in age they have a very close relationship and are each others best friends by far.

The last piece to Travis' puzzle of a personality it is his surprisingly advanced maturity. When he isn't bumming around with peace keepers as I previously mentioned he is watching his siblings. Since his parents are both ridiculously useless he is basically the parent of the family. Due to this it has caused him to be become very mature very quickly. For example most children would rather go out and play games in the fields he would rather sit on the porch reading and watching them. Also more times than not he is left having to cook dinner for his siblings and do their laundry when his sister isn't.
History
Travis was born into a massively wealthy within district 10. His father Cyrus was the owner of a hugely successful leather producing company that sent its leather to buyers from district 8 to the Capitol. Due to this extensive wealth his family lives on a large land with a huge chunk of land. One would think that this life would be amazing, correct? However, this was not the case instead besides the luxuries wealth it was absolutely awful to Travis. His father was incredibly harsh and on occasion even abusive to Travis and his siblings. More often Travis than the others since Travis would always stick up to his father and insist that his father hit him instead of his siblings. As for Travis' mother she isn't much better, although she isn't abusive she is a drunken fool twenty four seven. So overall a life a luxury for the Graeson family is a life of suffering.
However, the curse of wealth that plagues Travis doesn't only end there. It also effects his social life crucially. Since his father believes that his family is so superior to the rest of the district he doesn't allow his children to go to the district school. Instead he hires a private teacher to come and teach his children on their ranch. Not only that his father hire's men to guard the boundaries of their land to ensure no one uninvited enters and that his children don't leave. However, the barricade never stops Travis, he will take money then pay the sentries to let him through without telling his father and they willingly accept. Alas, even this effort doesn't help Travis' cause he doesn't have a single friend from another family within the district.
Luckily though he does have a very good friend with him inside his own family. This friend is his beloved fifteen year old sister Marcia. Both he and her have been best friends since the very beginning. They have both suffered the same wrath and that has drawn them closer and closer together until now they are virtually inseparable from one another. Travis would do anything to keep Marcia safe even if it ment dying for her. She is all he has really had and he could never survive without her support, her comfort, and her friendship.
Last of all is where his habit of branding the initials of the district ten tributes come from. Since he is so rich Travis has been able to watch every single Hunger Games every year since his birth. However, as he watched them year after year and more times than not the district 10 tributes die he noticed something. People never seem to talk about or honor the tributes by remembering them. They only ever speak about the victors which made Travis' stomach twist with disgust. Those kids gave their life's to keep others in their district alive, or at least that's how Travis viewed it. So then after watching Peridot Myler win his games Travis decided it was time that he honored those that the district refused to. So that night he took all the past hunger games CD's his father had bought and took them outside to the cattle branding station. Then he took the smallest branding stick he could find and branded the first and last initials of every single district ten tribute ever to enter the games. Then next to any victor's name he branded a small star; even though it hurt he knew it would never amount to the pain the tributes had felt. Now even to this day after every hunger games he sneaks out at night and brands the next initials to honor his fallen district tributes and on the rare occasion his district's victors.
