District 3 friends don't be shy!

So, I'm new-ish to this site.  I have had my character for like month now, and I realied that I have not actually RPed on this site at all.  So, I want to change that.  Anyone with a District 3 character, please feel free to come on out and RP with me!  I am willing to do as many people in the RP as well.
