Appearance:
Rose has short blond wavy hair and dark grey eyes. She is usually wearing eyeliner and eye shadow, which makes her eyes pop out and contrast her hair. She's 5'4 and gets teased for how short she is compared to other 14 year olds.
She is usually wearing shades instead of colors such as ,grey, white, and black and her outfit usually consists of a flowing tanktop and shorts unless it's cold. Then its probably a long sleeved flannel and skinny jeans.
Personality:
Cold, cool, smooth, smart, skilled with technology.
She's very cold to anyone who isn't her brother or father. Due to that she doesn't have any friends and that gives her a cool and mysterious look which she plays perfectly.
She has gotten into a fight with someone before but thats because she was teasing her brother about his mom. She won and that made people kind of fear her. But it's not that she isn't liked that she doesn't have many friends it's that she doesn't try to make any or have the opportunity to.

Her mom was very skilled with technology which is probably where she got it. However, her mom used her talents for trying to overthrow the capitol unnoticed. When that failed and she was caught she was executed infront of all of district 3, making her 2 year old son, 8 year old daughter, and 28 year old husband watch. Ever since then she's been watched by the capitol making sure she doesn't follow in her mother's footsteps.
Her brother, Ethan, is 8 now and she takes care of him more than her father does, but that's only because he's away as a peacekeeper all day, so they don't blame him for it. But due to her mother's mistakes they get turned away by most schools so they teach themselves.
Anyone who messes with or hurts her brother usually ends up getting very hurt somehow and most people think it's because Rose goes after them. There for adding on to her scary background and personality. Her father doesn't get to discipline them so they just don't get in trouble but that isn't because he doesn't know about the things they do. In fact he does and most of the time covers for them to keep their reputation clean. Or rather, keep it from getting any worse.
