Appearance:

Trey has a slight chip in his incisor teeth, making it worse for his slightly crooked teeth with he is seen with  his signature lopsided, mocking grin. He's 6'4" in height and known to be lean and lanky, towering over most peers, and giving him a bit of a scary impression due to this height. He has a pointy nose not entirely big but pointy. He has hazel eyes and black hair, traits he had gotten form his mother he hardly got any traits from his father.  He wears usually dark clothing making his seem to blend in to the shadows, he has a dark aura around him, making people seemed quite creeped out of his presence. 

When he walks he has a long legged stride and seems to look down at others with a wide smirk planted on his face. He is known to have sharp and soft features, traits from his father. When he smiles he has dimples and when he is slightly judging he raises an eyebrow in a cool composure instead of a judgy one.

Personality:

Trey is a highly intelligent individual who is also calm, sophisticated, and arrogant. While at school, Trey conducts himself as a sociable, like able, and often easy going person. However, in reality, this is a mask to hide his true nature. While as Cero [his dual persona] his true nature is expressed. His charisma and beliefs in justice gain him the trust and respect of many. Trey is known for having a very stoic personality. He never cared about schoolwork, seeing the entire thing as trivial, even though his intellect would make it easy for him. He enjoys seeking out challenges, often playing chess against nobility. In general, he takes most day-to-day affairs with open disinterest.

Trey is very cold and tactical, he is willing to sacrifice anyone, civilians and military alike, if that is what it takes to achieve the objective. He is resolved to harden his heart against any more bloodshed. He also saw no problem with collapsing a large portion of his home. Trey can be quite selfish, as his desire to recreate the world comes from his desire to avenge his mother's apparent death. Despite his coldness and ruthlessness in battle, he can be a rather compassionate person to his friends and loved ones. Trey,  at first glance, seems to have relatively little concern for the well-being of his subordinates, but in reality, he does care about them, seeing them as valuable allies.

Trey has a sharp, defensive wit, an acidic temperament, and a very sarcastic attitude when he chooses. Giving the impression of holding most people in disdain, he is seen as extremely arrogant, self-centered, and overconfident. His charisma, and charm have made him quite the ladies' man. However, taught that "to love is to destroy" at an early age, Trey kept everyone, at arm's length, never forming emotional attachments for more than a brief amount of time, if at all. His personality drastically changed when he met Scarlet. He became more sweet and having more remorse around her. Until that soon dissapeared form the tragic event in his life. 


History:

As a child growing up in district 5, Trey as much didn't mind at all, as long as his family was with him, that's what he cares about the most. Throughout his childhood life, Trey was taught native tongue and that was Portuguese and Spanish, which he did quite well in when his mother and father would often quizzed him. His smile would often be lopsided and made into a massive grin, but, nonetheless he was happy to be with his parents. When Sophia, his younger sister was born, he was delighted not to be the only child, yet disappointed at the same time since his parents often spoiled him with many things.

Trey is a builder, often tinkering with a lot of things, especially with the electricity often deciding whether or not to set a thing on fire by the electric current or not. More than once did he try to electrocute a cat back to life since he thought, much like in the book he read called 'Frankenstein' he could bring back the dead no matter what.

When Trey was ten, he lost his mother due to some of the peace keepers displaying their superiority to the citizens of District 5. When he lost his mother, Trey vowed to seek revenge on the whole of Panem. When he was thirteen,Trey was messing around with some wires and electrocuted himself by accident, which resulted in his dual persona, Cero.

 Soon his view on life drastically changed. His younger sister even stating that Trey was apathetic about everyone else beforehand, not caring about anyone other than his family until he met Scarlet, whose presence shook Trey, who was revealed to be a very passionate individual, loving Scarlet on a very deep and passionate level when he fell in love with her and does everything in his power to protect her from harm, the extent of his love for Scarlet. Even surprising those close to him. Though When she was drawn for The Hunger Games, he became depressed when she died in The Bloodbath.
