Not sure if you should steal from the baker?
Tired but worried about looking after your sibling?
Thinking about hiding from the Reaping?
Want to blow up a factory?
Your home?
Flip a coin.
Roll a die.
Let it make the decision for you.
District Two isn't all about budding Peacekeepers and savage careers born from the rich and the powerful. In the darker veins of Two, orphan children and runaways battle for control over the dirty streets they call home.
Gang wars and territorial disputes are all well and good - a part of their life, in fact, it's up there with the battles that revolve around the necessities that keep the kids alive - but not all their fights are with each other.
No, some kids know who their real enemies are.
And these kids fight back.

Hello and welcome to Anzie's second plot ever. This one is called 'the children of chaos' because the characters are all based on Loki's various children - and, as some of you might know, Loki is the God of Chaos. Therefore, Children of Chaos.
To the point: the characters in this plot are small-time rebels against the injustice that they feel has been done to them, because they are disfigured or disturbed in some way or other. Being ostracized has taken a toll on them, and they now cause disturbances throughout District Two, often led by Hela and Sleipnir.
However, their plans are never planned - they rely on chance to make their choices. Each of these kids should have a 'token' - a many-sided die, a coin, a deck of cards - anything that your imagination can use to incorporate this aspect of the plot into your character.
Also note that this is not a first-come, first-serve plot.
Other than that, go wild.
Disclaimer: this plot has nothing to do with our beloved staff member Chaos.
the children of chaos
Hela
16. Female. Deepika Padukone. Played by Anzie. Hela isn't the oldest in the group, but she's certainly one of the strangest. With half her face burnt off in a fire of her youth, Hela wears her angel/devil face with a motherly smile that hides the madness that comes with brushing so close to death. Leaving chance to guide her gives her the strength to move onwards in life - if only to reach out with a skeletal hand and touch others with the hand that held Death's. |
15. Male. FC. Played by Loony. Sleipnir is born with extra appendages on his hands and feet, sparking accusations of mutation and rounds of name-calling he never likes to repeat. He is, however, the most sane of the children, usually functioning with a clear mind that can see all the potential outcomes of any action. His choices may not always stem from chance, and he certainly believes in making his own luck. |
Jormungandr
17. Male. FC. Played by Cato. By far the largest and tallest of the children, Jormungandr stays awake for days on end and could possibly sleep for weeks. He is incredibly easy-going when he is in a good mood, but when one gets on the wrong side of the usually friendly giant... well. It's never a good idea to pick at an uncontrollable monster. |
Fenrir
16. Male. FC. Played by Ems. Fenrir is arguably the craziest of the children. He might look normal, but with his mind in pieces, Fenrir uses chance as a lifeline to coherent thought; many believe him to be abused, but the truth never once leaves Fenrir's lips. He has many times left chance to decide on the state of his life, but 'til now, chance leaves him as he is: alive, but mad. |
Vali
13 Female. FC. Played by Thundy. Vali challenges Fenrir for the role of most crazy: often seen with an unsettling grin on her face, Vali is constantly starting trouble even when she is meant to keep low, rebelling against direct orders. She makes herself her own person. Rumor has it that Vali killed hers and Nari's guardian by ripping his guts out with her teeth - but then again, it may be only a rumor. |
Nari
13. Male. FC. Played by Kire. As the quietest of the children, Nari should never be underestimated. Missing two fingers on his left hand, Nari is significantly smaller than his much more vivacious twin, sometimes allowing her to speak for him. However, the depths of his imagination can bring him so far so fast that oftentimes the most wicked ideas stem from Nari - that is, if he wishes you to know them at all. |
