Appearance:Ian is one of the strongest people you would know.He is a kind 17 year old boy with blonde hair am=nd blue eyes.Hes 5'10 and weighs 150 pounds.
He is surprisingly smart for a boy the size of him.He is very athletic yet not that brave at times. He is a honest kid somebody you can trust at times.Yet nobody will get in his way.
Personality:He is nice until things get out of hand.He can live with problems any problems.He is one of the kindest people you can meet.He is one of the most social people they know at district 3.He always goes to the fields to work after school everyday. He is a very lovable guy he can joke around alot.Ever since he seen what happened to his parents he has been alert to know it will never happen to him.As i said he has anger issues he really is calm at times.He is very friendly to the people he knows.He will NEVER just randomly talk to strangers. Everybody he knows says he will fair.Hes not as quick as the other boys but has more hustle than them and can run for longer paces.He always needs justice so if his partner was killed in the arena he will try to kill the person that killed her.He was always respectful of others from what he dad told him what to do.
History:Parents died by commiting suicide currently living with his grandparents he has been a lone child. His family had to move to upper part of the district where alot of fighting and illegal stuff goes on. He has a scar from being burned by a fire when he was a child.It shows on his shoulder.He wasn't the bravest boy but still saw a lot of bad things.He always wants to go to a differnt district but is not allowed. He always watched the games rooting for his district but has always been let down.He has been told of stories about the victors name Arbor and Opal. He always wishes he would turn 19 and never go in the games.Most people in his family volunteered for the games to save the other family members if that never happened he probaly would never even be here.
