Locked in a padded room, his eyes cast down - apparently meek for once - Someith Krearns waits. It takes some time but finally he hears the sound and is on his feet. Makeshift shiv in hand, he surges toward the door. The padding softens the blow as he drives his shoulder into it. He sends it flying open to smash the nurse behind it aside. A scream and then silence and he has taken his first victim.

She is only one of the many that would die that day, each bloodied horribly and some with liberties taken. After it all, Someith emerged with a smile on his face. He was refreshed, revitalized, returned to life.

Stealing the least bloody set of clothes from a guard, he donned his disguise.

He was free.

Someith Krearns, once patient at a local institution in District four has broken out. During his escape he slaughtered numerous people, namely the nursing and security team. Some of his victims were taken advantage of. It is believed that he has gone fugitive and we warn any and all who take ship at this time to beware. Reports of vessels being boarded and taken over are being judged as connected to this incident. Please, be wary in this time as it is uncertain what he might do. Someith Krearns, recently escaped psychopath, has been spotter with a group of boys and girls around his own age and younger. It seems that he has designated himself as their captain, and is directing them in criminal acts. Recently, authorities have discovered the bodies of a ship's crew floating in the water near the dock. The ship itself was missing and it is believed that Krearn's band of fugitives has captured it. It is unknown at this time if they are holding the crew hostage.

Hold on, we are receiving new information now. According to the testimony of a man, who wishes to remain nameless, a girl by the name of Finley O'Hara has been kidnapped by Someith Krearns and his gang. She seems to have been taken onto the ship during the capture. There have been no signs of a ransom at this moment, but authorities seem certain one will come through in time. Once again we remind you to take care and be wary for unknown vessels, or people, in this time. As well, please contact your nearest Peacekeeper with any information about the whereabouts of Krearns and his crew. The smallest details may help to recapture him.
