Khemia "Silent" Gates (Key.My.Ah |Sigh.Lent| Ghey.Tsah) D3

Khemia is of an African American descent. Gifting him with a darker complexion than most but still light enough to not be 11:59pm worthy. So one could say he is brown skinned, he also has black poofy hair perfectly styled into four braids atop his head. Khemia has a seemingly constant furrowed worried brow accentuating his young face in a depressed thought like manner.

Khemia has a strong jaw line ending in a small square chin. His smooth skin and complexion are accented by his hazel eyes which sparkle in the faintest of lights. His scruffy hair is matched by the small peaks of chin and upper lip hair, which slow but steadily grows upon his face. He is neither fat nor muscular but has all the essential muscles one would need as a human and more giving him an average lean and athletic build. He has a wide nose with a pointed brim and a heavily peaking Adam's apple letting his masculinity be shown proudly.

Observant, is the first word to describe Khemia. He is very quite and introverted he prefers to be alone. So naturally with those traits he surely became an observer he is the type of guy to look for all the answers he can find then ask questions. He s not one to rush head first into something unless it is absolutely needed. He gives short simple answers unless more complex meanings are needed or unless he feels the need for such. He is highly intelligent and uses this to his advantage in most situations. Although he is not a talker most he is very well versed in all that he says. Khemia looks first then approaches instead of hot headily running into something.

Strong Willed, is the second word used to describe Khemia. He has a strong will which can push him to strive through the toughest of wills. He knows what he wants and if it is possible and in his will (which most of the time it is) he will go get it no matter the task. He is also brave and having pondered death over the years of his life doesn't fear it. He sees it as a natural occurrence, which only will push his will further and further allowing him to plow through all the obstacles in his way

Intelligent, is the third and last word to describe Khemia. He is very smart and uses this to his advantage he constantly is seen reading or studying very arbitrary things. Most topics that catch his eye are unsystematic, nonspecific, unrelating to each other giving him a wide scope of knowledge. All the way from how to make a camp fire to copper wire. Khemia will very rarely turn away knowledge he loves to learn and believes it will give him and edge and upper hand in his life that will push him far past his prime.

Khemia was born to Terrisa and Markamth Gates, Terrisa died giving birth and Markamth died in the games in an epic final clash which left him a  young dyeing winner, at the ripe age of 17. They were young, very young having Khemia out of wedlock. Some say Terrisa died from a broken heart other say it was worry. Khemia was born with a rare diseases which left him underdeveloped and scrawny.  But he was soon healthy yet alone in the world. It was like this for a while and soon he took his first steps into the world and showed a heightened intelligence from all the other babes. Which made his district take him up as a career someone who would be breed for the games. Taken in by a fairly wealthy couple of his district as a favor he was breed to be a champion.

As he quickly picked up necessary skills in his years of secluded training. He begin to be pushed further from humanity, rarely going to play with children his age or even go outside for anything other than training. He grew apart from many of the people in his district although he went to school like a normal kid and participated in district events. That was all he preferred to be alone he preferred to be by himself. Rumors begin to be spread about him being otherworldly, strictly by the kids his age. He was heavily bullied and beaten up but refused to use his knowledge to hurt those who knew nothing about him. He often came home or to train with bruises and markings only to receive more that day.

He wore them proudly he felt proud to be doing what he was doing. To be able to take a burden off a young child one day. He soon grew into himself still secluded form everyone. Still bullied but less so, still training and even more so than before. But more his mind in the present than ever before. He became akin to knowledge wanting hungering for more than the average boy his age would want or even need. He felt that sooner or later it would help him prosper in his life. He felt as a career knowledge would be the key to his salvation.
