Help Lalia Write A Conman's Bio + Steal Stuff // [YAY!]

Mozart Twombly is a 32-year-old conman in need of... a lot of things. Particularly:
-Rich people to steal and/or already have stolen things from (Tribute tokens, jewelry, art, ca$h monies, pre-Panem artifacts, technology prototypes, building blueprints, identities, etc). Victors, Capitolites, government officials, and wealthy upper District families are ideal, but some lower District families of ex-Tributes could work too.
-Rich people interested in buying things and/or that have already bought things he's stolen (aforementioned Games artifacts, jewels, art, etccc)
-Capitolite students (he's currently working as a Capitolite university professor, teaching various courses in Art, Pre-Panem Culture Studies, and whatever else my muse might think is a good idea by the time I finish this bio
-Friends/Enemies throughout the Districts, especially other adult characters. (Could be minor meetings too, like someone he might have scammed in a game of pool or Three-card Monte)
-Business contacts
-Ex-girlfriends
-Criminal accomplices (no drugs, violence, etc; Mozzie likes white collar crimes like art heists and document forgery and things not likely to get him killed XD)
-Idk. If you have an idea, throw it at me. Or if you just want something to do with this, then I could throw out more ideas for specific characters. Ripred knows I've got a couple.
As of right now, this is mainly just for the purpose of me having fun (SO. MUCH. FUN.) writing his bio, so I can name-drop characters, families, and plots that actually exist. However, if anyone is interested in legit plot things with Mozzie, then that could be a thing too. (A few key people are mentioned in his bio that don't actually exist, like Mona Lisa. Characters that actually exist all have links to their bios and Ele has a Peacekeeper in mind to track him downnnn, but that's all I got. GIMME MOAR.)
