So, as requested by Kay, I have decided to post the delicious delights that I bake over the next two weeks (specifically the next two weeks as I'm on holiday).
I would like to mention, that I'l be dedicating each delight to a person on here, and they may enjoy the sweet goodness... virtually that is. I'll be eating them in real life though!

These two are dedicated to Kay, enjoy!
So, here are my first two bakes this week. Mind the tilted photo and filter... also, no comment on them, I was bored and made them look pretty!
A delicious Vanilla cake topped with Caramelized Shredded Coconut. Dear lord this tastes pretty awesome! Only bad thing is it came out kind of dense, and thick. It's definitely something to eat on a non-full stomach! It's pretty sweet because of the topping, and other than all of that, it's yum-yum-yummy!
Next, I made some Coconut Macaroons... You see where this is going right? A lot of coconut happening here.
This was my first time making Macaroons so they came out a tad bit... lop-sided, chewy, and sweet. And when I say sweet, I mean, ridiculously sweet, as in, I'm going to get a cavity if I eat anymore. Most definitely something to consume whilst drinking un-sweetened coffee!
Well, that's it for now!
