Appearance:
Joseph is stout young man. He has muscular character, but that is typical for young’s at District 7. He gained his muscles from hard work in the forest. He helps his father, who is a woodcutter. He does not find hard work intolerable. It helps him to forget about the problems.
He has markedly green eyes after his mother and jet-black hair after his father. On right arm he has ten centimeter big scar over his biceps. He gained her when he was young and was helping his father. The father hurt him in an accident. Only his good reflexes saved him. His arm could be chopped off really easy.
Personality:
Joe is secluded to himself. Inside he is a good person, but he does not speak with neighborhood´s. He care only for himself and his family. Family is on the first place in his ladder of value. On second there is Joe and after him its everything else. He is simply family type of guy.
He tries to obey the laws and he stand in the line. Only in case of his family, he is willing to disobey all laws. He got himself to trouble with peacekeepers because of this feature. It was when his little sister took apple from seller without paying. She was young and she did not understand that what she did was bad. And who take all the blame? Joe

When he is in trouble, he is going to the working forest. He stays there as long as he can. He vents on his anger and forgets about his problems. His problems are everything that he is blamed of by his father or sister. Most commonly he leaves to the forest because of other young citizens. They make fun of him. He tries to stay out of trouble, so he doesn’t want to fight them. Better to rid of anger on the trees.
For continually work in the forest, he gained tremendous strength. In his free time, he is in forest, throwing small axe. He doesn’t do that because of fun, or because he needs it. He does it just to calm himself down. Throwing axe makes him feel good. His inner voice tells him to do so.

How it was mentioned in appearance, Joe has a father, who is a lumberjack. His mother died during the birth of his only sibling, sister Clerence. Clerence has 7 year and Joe take care of her. He wants her to have as easy life as he can manage. He plays on big brother. If someone makes threat to his sister, he doesn’t let it go without consequences. He got himself to trouble with peacekeepers because of it.
He helps his father almost from his birth. When he is not with father, he is takes care of his little sister. He doesn’t have friends or mates. He doesn’t avoid them. He just doesn’t have time for fun. He works so his family will have a good life. Because he doesn’t have fun with other guys in his years, he is considered to be a social outcast.
