Nio Haze [Capitol]

Nio has dirty blonde hair down to his shoulders and odd piercing red eyes. He stands at the height of 5'7". He usually wears a green-black jacket and a light blue shirt underneath. He tries not to wear formal clothes on a daily basis and prefers comfortable clothes.

With hidden feelings, no one actually knows what Nio's thinking of. He is nice to the people he knows but his personality varies to each person. It is unknown if Nio is an enemy or an ally. Some choose to trust him while others are suspicious of him. Nio is a mysterious, intellectual, and anti-social type of person. The suspiciousness of people could be because Nio's lack of communication towards others.

At birth, Nio was born a genius. His parents loved him dearly. They were killed by the Capitol in front of his eyes. Since then, his hate towards them began to grow.

After his relatives heard about the murders, they took care of him. Nio's new family consists of his aunt, his uncle, and his cousin. It was one of the first few times he was happy.

Nio works as a genius programmer for the Capitol. Even though he hates them, he needs to get closer to the leader of the Capitol. His mind has proved great use as he invented several machinery that had been useful in his life. His skills come in handy if needed for hacking. The Capitol isn't the only one that can control other people. He hacked the Capitol's main computer and obtained secret information. Nio managed to send the information, after reading it, to another computer so the owner of it got the blame. The sacrifice of one can save many others.

Nio's combat skills aren't very good. He doesn't attack others but only dodges them. He doesn't believe in fighting others because it "wastes time."

His relatives are one of the few people he trusts. He hasn't admit anything to them yet but will when the time comes. His younger cousin looks up to Nio has an older brother. His family isn't exactly poor or rich, just middle-class.

He spends most of his time online. Most of the people he meets are online and they have occasional chats. He carries his laptop around at all times. He is also most likely seen typing or wandering around the district.
