I was done with drawing for today. Of course the peacekeepers had to place me at this stupid foster home. Even though I can't hear them- I sure as well can see them. I'm surprised that I'm still completely harmless, the kids in this place are basically the devil's children. But of course since they didn't trust us having locks on our doors they just had to remove the locks. The worst part about it was that I am the closest to the living room, where all the fights happen. Here's what happened; I was just working on a drawing, minding my own business when yet another fight had went down. Since I couldn't hear, the only way I was notified was the body slamming onto my desk. That was what set me off. They just have to always come into my room? Ugh. Life sucks, really.

That is how I found myself sitting on the bench in front of the school. The outdoors is my only real way to just think to myself because it's just so hard to while living there. I always wondered why I still even try to live my life. Is it for vengeance of my mother? Or is it to prove my father wrong that I'm not that worthless little girl he had raised, that I'm way much better than that. I don't know really. A cool crisp air flows against my face as I sit on the bench. The collision of my skin with the air made me shiver. I never liked the cold much, but this is better than being inside that hell of a home.

I suspect being inside is better than the freezing cold. But god knows how long those fights end. I prefer waiting them out, around after an hour or so it'd start to cool down if I'm lucky. That is the only reason why I want to train to be a career, so I can actually kick their ass out of my room. Though the crisp wind blowing onto my face helped me calm down less. I was too busy shivering my butt off to worry about anything else, it kind of sucked really. As I stared off into space, I snapped back into reality and saw a girl in front of me. She spoke something- and I didn't understand it. Cocking my head, I squinted my eyes in confusion of what the girl had said.

Other: First post ever with Cyder! Yay!!

The girl a cross from me was about to blow a fuse, almost like a bomb until she saw the pleading look that was laid on my face. She seemed to calm down, almost in a kind of way she felt bad for me. I had to admit that got on my nerves a little bit, I disliked being treated specially, but I didn't mind. She pointed to her ears, almost if asking if I was actually deaf. Nodding my head enthusiastically, I smiled. She finally understood why I wasn't speaking or showing any sign of conversation. Looking around, I try to find a way to tell the girl in front of me my name. There is a somewhat old apple, as disgusting it may seem I point at the apple. Then, I make a movement with my hand almost saying 'drink'. After some thought, it may come to the girl's mind that I meant a drink from apples, but Juice is kind of a weird name, I can only hope that she recognizes my name is Cyder.
