 Abacus Blithe, District Three


He was made for the arts of mathematics. It took over his mind like a drug. His fiery red hair was flopped to the right side, he didn't like to put the effort in to do it. He only chopped it when it was long enough to get in his faded blue eyes. His body was rather slim, and fragile. His skin was a pasty white, contaminated with specks. These freckles were everywhere. His shoulders, his face, his upper back. His face was thin, nose, jaw, cheek bones. This was most likely because of his lack of outside contact. He loved his work, and needed nothing more then a piece of paper and his head.

He never much liked company. His mathematic skills were extraordinary. His understanding of numbers, turned many head. From a young age math spoke to him in a different way, a way that intrigued him. His parents were understanding of his craft, but they did wish he would put it to use somewhere in their district. He seems to take zero notice to a single soul. This worries them because they want their child to grow up and raise a family. After all he was their only child.

He was raised in a rather large house with his mother and father. They hadn't had another child, mainly due to their lack of trying. They had tried but it hadn't worked, so they gave up. He wouldn't of had time to care, or express love to a sibling anyway. So he doesn't mind this. His deepest attraction was to mathematics, and so far, nothing has replaced it. It was a different world of extraordinary thought and numbers. it should a path to a different world, and he would love to be a part of that world.
